VC don't want me

Lol. I applied last week and got an incredibly unhelpful generic email back rejecting the application. I emailed a few days ago to ask for clarification but haven't had a response.

Any chance of letting me know what it was you didn't like? Did I forget to shower?!

Sarah is a great AM i spoke with her a few times. Absolutely no offense to her in anyway.

But the VC affiliate program is one of the most unfriendly programs in recent times which is a real shame as i think they could be a decent program.
A number of affiliates have been shut down in the past - including one above.

Anyways just thought i post some reference to the post in case it may help - again no offense to Sarah, she does her job well - but management has really got to get their head in gear!

Don´t bother to apply, I have them but havent got paid since march this year. Last I heard was that the would pay me in june but no money arrived.
Just rollover month by month.

VC has been rejected on my sites also.....

There are plenty of other programs that are much more affiliate friendly...and most of them do not care if you have showered or not.....

I got rejected at first too with no clear explanation but later was accepted after some complaints.

Why sponsor any forum if you always reject affiliates?

Hi Grem,
We do not always reject affiliates, however, due to previous cases of fraud we do have some requirements that need to be met before we accept an application - usually but not limited to a working URL. We do find however, that those affiliates who have genuine plans for their site will get in touch with us, explain their plans and their application is usually accepted. Baldidiot's application was rejected as he registered USA as his country in error, a new member of our team is currently accepting applications and rejected the application as a caution due to the US Gaming laws, this was a mix-up and error on both our parts which was quickly resolved. We pay to sponsor GPWA because we want to target GENUINE, HARDWORKING affiliates, the more we have on-board the better

Hi Rick,

That's not the case, a new member of the team rejected the application as a precaution as she was not sure where we stood with affiliates promoting to UK/European traffic but the affiliate address being in a different country. It was a mix up that was quickly resolved.
