Default Republican says America needs a president that's a good poker player

Okay, so John Bajas, the 91-year old former chairman of the St. Claire County (Michigan) Republican Party doesn't hold a whole lot of sway nationally, but he says that he's supporting Obama for President because ...

Quote:
"A good president has to be a good poker player," Bajis explained. "He has to play the hand he's dealt. He has to know the difference between a strong hand and a weak hand ... If he knows he has a losing hand, he needs to make sure he doesn't lose disastrously."

In his opinion, President Bush is a crummy poker player, a guy who bets as if he always holding aces. Bajis worries McCain also views bluff and bluster as the only smart play.

"Obama is just smarter," he said, and tapped his temple with a finger.
