Request GPWA to consider a Temporary Suspension of Affiliates United.

Considering the issues going on - and several affiliates asking questions with no answers I request GPWA impose a temporary suspension of the Sponsorship with Affiliates United.

They have been asked several times what is going on with stats, and they have been down for a long time now. NO one has contact from anyone there. They are not replying to concerns, not replying to emails, to the forum here in an appropriate manner.

Links were not working for some time, banners not working. And now for over 1 week at least the affiliate back end is no longer functional. We cannot see our stats!

We do not know if players are being tagged to us. We do not know if our players are safe. We do not even know if players can cash out.

For all we know they are in serious trouble and this historically leads to even more trouble if we do not act fast! We need to send a message.

I therefore officially request GPWA suspend them temporary in order for them to resolve their issues and come to us with appropriate resolution.

If GPWA feels a vote is needed - I therefore call on a vote from all private membership of GPWA to vote on whether or not to temporary suspend their platinum sponsorship status.

Please lets do this before its to late and more affiliates and players are harmed.

Shouldn't approved programs have an approved official GPWA membership representative account. The reply above could be from a scammer. I hope GFPC has not pm'd his account details to this person.

I personally want to see this worked out without having these steps taken, however GFPC stated the case very well.

Let's see if the folks at Affiliates Untited get on the issues immediately or if they keep making delays because they don't have an "official spokesperson" to answer our questions openly.

Trying to take each and every copmplaint private just doesn't cut it. No one is asking for private data to be shared, or specific cases to be completely disected openly, but the fact that stats do NOT work at all needs to be addressed OPENLY and IMMEDIATELY!

    Hi,

Some of you may know me, my name is David Bazak and I am the Regional Affiliate Manager for William Hill Online. Firstly let me put all your minds at rest and say that your numbers are counting and your players can cash out deposit do whatever they need to do. Everything is fine.

There has simply been a pause in the transference of data to Affiliates United from one of the platforms it uses. The data is being counted it simply has not passed over yet.

I personally appreciate your patience. I am positive by the end of play tomorrow your stats will be updated fully for everyday of this month.

If you have any issues please write to me personally at David.Bazak@williamhill.com or phone me.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and completley usderstand any frustrations it may have caused. Just to add ona final note again - All your statisticsa are counting and will update tomorrow and NO customer facing platforms are damaged or limited in their services in anyway.

Thanks for your patience and understanding

    David Bazak

Copy and pasting a bland response in 3 or 4 threads is NOT going to put people's mind at ease.

Demanding everyone take each and every single support request (especially when they are almost all the same - make the styats work) is not going to win you any friends either.

I have promoted this group as well as spoke up for them for so many years it makes my head spin....(even for the years that my own creedibility was called into question just because I continued to promote this group)...

But....if at the end of the day we will never get any help HERE in the forums and any and all correspondence is going to be nothing more than....send us the request in email...

....then why even bother with a forum here?

I already have a list of groups that don't have a presence here, and if you do but yet do not answer questions here, well....

The kind of support and answers to questions we recieve HERE in the forums, is one of the many factors I look at when determining the amount of exposure a group gets.....and I'm fairly sure a LOT of other affiliates figure that into their decisions as well....

I for sure have not given my data to the person Ixian i thought the same thing . I agree a suspension is not the best way - but i feel it is the only way
to get any sort of communication going. Luckily we have had at least some response now. Although I cannot be certain it means anything. We were told last week by end of day stats would be working and they were not. Now were told again "tomorrow" they will work.

I guess tomorrow is now almost here and we will see if these statements come true. It just does not seem right that a company as large as WHO would allow such an important system to go down and be down for so long. It shows no control or complete dis-organization.

Maybe I jumped the gun to fast and asking for suspension maybe not - but when were dealing with affiliate stats, payments, players safety we really need to keep vigilant. They industry right now is in trouble and from what we have scene in the last - things are not looking on the positive side yet.

With everything coming to light - peoples reactions, CPAYS/AFF UNITED history I am sure it is understandable why caution is completely required here.
Even if stats do appear tomorrow - how do we actually know they are correct? Who can prove to us they are?

For me I am not interested in sending in my personal details atm. I am more concerned for the WHOLE SYSTEM - I think a complete audit needs to be done across the board and a PUBLIC statement made from a representative from William Hill who has the authority to make such things happen should be here to discuss openly with us all.

This needs to be openly discussed. Not behind closed doors! We need to know what is going on with CPAYS?AFF UNITED and William Hill!!

Who works there? Were is our data stored? Who has/had access to it? Was our data stolen from any of the walk outs? Rumors had it a competition was going to be created which means its very possible our DATA was stolen!

TO much at stake here to just talk about it with our AMS - we do not even know if all the AMs were fired or walked out.

    Who works there now? Anyone?

For me personally I do not think it is safe at all for players to be playing on William Hill right now! Not safe at all!

We need proof from THE TOP that things are in control over there cause as far as i can tell - no one is in control! Its a mess!

    GFPC & Universal4,

    This is David again,

I thought my reponse covered the important points that needed top be addressed, I suppose you can call it balnd if you want.

Data in affiliates United comes from at least 3 different platforms 1. Playtech 2. Orbis 3. Virtue Fusion It is stored by these platforms. There was an issue with the transference of data about 10 days ago. This was fixed and update until the morning of the 25th (these are approximate dates) THere was a pause in the data transference from Orbis (Not Data Collection- everything is tracking - YOu have my personal guarantee on that). Playtech still continued to transfer data as did Virtue fusion, which was also paused so that it did not get to far ahead of the paused Orbis data.

I do not normally post in the forums as we have a designated representative for this. I do however appreciate the importance of this.

The second I finish here I will be going to see what update there is on the stats. I am not an AM I head up the affiliation for William Hill online. If you want to know more personal details about what has happened here I may be willing to discuss it with you but only in private. As some issue are quite personal.

I said it twice in my last post and I will say it one last time NO CUTOMER FACING CLIENT HAS BEEN AFFECTECD IN ANYWAY.

I will not say that again. I will update you all in a few hours to let you know what is happening here.

Like I said I do not post in the forums and I have a busy day ahead of me. If you need urgent information please feel free to call me and I will have a chat with you and hopefully put your mind at rest.

I completly understand any caution on your side and fully intend to live up to my word.

I will make sure you are all updated shortly.

    Sincerely

    David

I would suspend them as they leave affiliates clueless.

This is ridiculous begging for some answers.

As far as i know David Bazak works for Affiliates United and therefore for William Hill . Aff UTD is owned by William Hill and Playtech i believe , its a 71% to 29% split , i am assuming it is part of their joint venture.

Bazak is definitely one of the good guys , but it has to be said , good guy or not , this is a rather ludicrous wait for stats to be fixed. Non working stats for a program the size of WH indicates that there are serious issues.

The issues that we affiliates face are quite simple to put into terms that you should understand.

Remember what it felt like when YOU could not access YOUR stats?

How comfortable did it make you feel after hearing over and over that it was only temporary?

Since some question was raised in this thread, I do want to say that I know David Bazak pretty well. I have met with him many times over the past several years.

From my personal dealings I know that he is a senior-level business person within the William Hill organization, and in all of my dealings with him he has been very careful to be both professional and ethical.

Pretty clearly William Hill has had some serious issues it has been dealing with in its Israeli office. So I personally think a little extra patience is appropriate.

David is someone at a level in the organization that his personal involvement in the forums is not normally something I would expect. To me, the fact he is responding here indicates that the organization views getting the current issues fixed to be a very serious matter, as it is.

My personal view, knowing that David is involved, is to trust what he says regarding information being properly recorded by the various software platforms. And being a software engineer myself, what he says makes sense to me, so his statements seem reasonable. Except that I would hedge more than he has if I were in his shoes regarding exactly when the situation will be resolved. As a software engineer I know that recovering from these sorts of issues can sometimes take longer than one hopes.

I agree with Michael, having dealt personally with David Bazak several times in the past (my affiliate sites, not Castle), he is one of the good guys and I trust the situation is being worked on night and day knowing he is involved.

Our William Hill contact (Adam) has been in contact consistently and has been as clear and transparent with the situation as he possibly can be. From what I know the vast majority of the AffUtd team didn't want to be thrown into this mess either, they are doing there best to resolve it so I'm happy to cut some slack and let them get on with it. I don't think they are sitting there twiddling their thumbs...

I understand I'm not a private member because of Castle, however as an affiliate as well, if I could I would say a suspension is not needed yet.

Its now the next day. As was thought stats are still not working by end of business day today.

All cool though Just thought i would indicate that - since it was said in another post by end of day it will be rectified twice now.

Anyways hopefully it can be done soon.

Obviously if Mr. C thinks all is well - then it must be well.

    Cheers

There was a concern raised about whether the new forum member by the name williamhillonline is actually a representative of the program given that the account said "New Member" rather than "Sponsor Affiliate Program". I've researched the account.

The email address that it was registered with is on the @williamhill.com domain name and the member verified that email address by clicking on a link sent there. Additionally, I've checked with David Bazak about the representative and David confirmed that the person who registered the account is a current employee. This was a case of an affiliate manager seeing some initial posts that hadn't been replied to yet and registered in order to get a response posted.

The reason that the account had not yet been upgraded to sponsor representative status is that it was registered on Sunday and I wanted to confirm the status before making the upgrade in the forum admin system.

Still no stats, the only way I was ever able to judge how much I earnt was when I logged in and it says 'you have earnt $xxxx' as the indepth stats don't show an exact number of how much you have earnt. I did notice that number was updating occassionaly but not to anywhere near what it should be.

I thinks its very possible no one gets paid by due date this month based on past promises of stats going up "by end of today" - that statement was already said twice now and of course was not followed through on.
