RESOLVED - EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM - BIG SCAM - They DONT PAY

Hi All

I have a big PROBLEM with EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM - a small affiliate network but A BIG SCAM company

They have to pay me 525$ FOR April 2010 but they dont want to pay.

The story is:

on April 2010 i promoted 2 campaigns from EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM - planet23 casino and azaria casino under 175$ CPA

I had over 70 registered players and 3 cpa ( 2 x planet23 & 1 x azaria casino)

When i started to promote these campaigns under EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM they assured me that they have a solid deal with these two casinos and they will pay me.

AT THE END OF MAY 2010 IN THE DAY OF PAYMENT, ESTEBAN - ONE FROM AFFILIATE MANAGERS, WROTE ME THAT I WILL NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BECAUSE PLANET23 & AZARIA CASINO DONT PAID EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING BY 2-3 MONTHS

When i asked ESTEBAN why they had this campaigns online in this months even if this casinos (planet23 & azaria) dont paid he did not answer.

I asked Gonzalo (other Affiliate Manager at this BIG SCAM COMPANY) same question but the answer was IF THE CASINOS WILL NOT PAY EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM, EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM WILL NOT PAY AFFILIATES.

I STILL WAIT THE ANSWER AT MY QUESTIONS:

- WHY EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM WORKED WITH PLANET23 CASINO AND AZARIA CASINO WITHOUT MONEY?
- WHY EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM NOT STOPED THIS CAMPAIGNS 2-3 MONTHS AGO IF THIS CASINOS DONT PAID?

TODAY IS IN 09 JUNE 2010 AND EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM STILL HAVE AZARIA CASINO ONLINE AND PLANET23 CASINO WAS STOPED BY FEW DAYS

There are two variants:

1) planet23 casino and azaria casino paid but EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM dont want to pay me
2) EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM was greed and they asked Affilites to promote this 2 casinos, without announce that they have problems with this 2 casinos, HOPING that this 2 casinos will pay someday

I know that my money is lost

I wrote this post to make known that EXCLUSIVEGAMBLING.COM is a BIG SCAM and i hope in future the webmasters will stai away from THIS BIG SCAM COMPANY

I am sorry to hear about this and not sure if there are any exclusivegambling reps that frequent here but please keep us updated if you are ever able to work this out with them.

I have never heard of azaria casino (did you mean azarita)?

Planet23 has their own affiliate program. I have not worked with them but you might be able to get some valuable feedback about them from some of the members here, and if you would like to continue working with them their direct affiliate site is at http://www.23partners.com/

I notice they carry the AGD Seal, so that says a lot for them in a positive light.

Related to this Affiliate, Profbets we have a very bad story.

We owe you 1 month man, do maths and you are going to be OK.

We are paying affiliates monthly in arrears, I mean if you generate players on may you are going to be paid in the latest day of June, from 20 up to 30 each month.

With Profbets we have been working since 2007, and we never had issues, "we never stop paying you", despite the fact you are sending a very low quality of players MR.Profbets (WORKING UNDER CPA CHANNEL), in this case you are not the real deal you said you are.

Profbets contacted us many times during the last 2 weeks, it is true and we have been talking with him, trying to explain Affiliate Programs´ delay (Azartia and Planet23).

The last 25th May, we attended the Igaming Supershow and we met one of the representatives of Planet23, (Universal4, you must know him if you are regular at AGD, We know this Affiliate Program has a seal but this thing doesn´t guarantee you nothing, if you have experience you must know this). We talked with him, they had issues, and they had changed they platform, finally the pay is about to arrive. Post Prague, the representative said he is going to speed the payments up, this way we can PAY affiliates, we never stop doing this since 2005.

Azartia, Azartia Partners is a skin of Party we got a deal with them only for HISPANIC traffic (not AZARIA), Profbets knew, but still sending players to this room, no problem we are going to pay dear Profbets, because we never STOP paying affiliates. Understand this room is in SPANISH for SPANISH players (not for your romanian players), and we have a restricted campaign.

Profbets tagged us as a Big Scam Company and it hurts, hurts when you treat your affiliates as a part of your team, and he starts to talk this kind of trash about us. He said we threatened him, is a funny guy. We have records of our conversation, and Yes you are going to have a big trouble, but it´s about your reputation,i´m not going to hit your butt, and I will tell why:

A couple of days ago, when we were still "friends" you tried to sell me a DB of 58k affiliates of a PokerRoom in exchange of your paid, Profbets I don´t need you to give me affiliates, I must pay you in exchange of your "traffic". A couple of days ago, everything was ok, trying to sell me a Database of affiliates that belonged to a Pokeroom, offering me a 10% as a subaffiliate and then you talk trash about us here, hilarious. How do you change your mind in 48 hours?

The Big conflict here, is not about a reseller or a network, the conflict is the delay of the Partners, that have never take care of Networks reputation or even of their SuperAffiliates.

You threatened me when you said you are going to post this everywhere if I don´t pay, but did I hide myself? You can find me at Msn, or Skype. I explained you what has happened, but we are not saying you are not going to be paid.

Do you think i´m going to scam affiliates, told them to promote and then I will disappear with the money?, Gambling Market is really small, really and if you are so experienced you should know what happens with this sort of Programs. We are online since 2005. We have worked with the best sponsors ever, and we still doing that, so Please don´t try to destroy our image with Lies.

I still thinking that this situation is going to be solved ASAP, then I will be able to pay you, but unfortunately you have damaged our reputation here and when it´s done, it´s done. This was your choice, but you failed the target. (why don´t you ask Casinos about?, ask them why they didn´t pay?)

We are going to keep this affiliate details safe, we are not going to damage his integrity.

This situation is really sad, related to the delay. But I´m starting to think that this guy has no level to run campaigns with no one.

Ok first let me start off by addressing mrqueen.

Since you have just TODAY created yiour account and this is your first post, and since you have sat down and posted from the exact SAME IP Address as the Exclusive rep, I am asking the Anthony and Steven look into this case immediately.

Creating an account just to back up a rep and shill for a group is uncalled for....

You word you post in such a way as you are an external affiliate PRETENDING to give an unbiased view, when in reality coming in here and being HONEST would score you more points than what you did.

Oh and Gonzalo_Exclusive, I agree that you should be a little less sarcastic, and if you take a close look at both mine and Andy's post, neither of us put you or your company down, even though as a personal opinion I rarely will work with third party programs since it reduces this posibility from happening althoughj I do know of serveral affiliates that are quite successful doing so....

In your post you said

If you are stating this as if the affiliate should be asking the casino why they didn't pay on any set of players well that is just plain wrong....

When an affiliate works through a third party like yourselves, YOU are responsible for paying the affiliate providing the terms are met, and if you in fact back on terms or payments beased upon the direct casino affiliate program, (the case of working with a third party becomes more difficult to make).

Unless YOUR terms actually state that you only pay the affiliates if in fact YOU get paid, then I can not see this even being a factor for current payments.

When the first post was placed I figured we were looking at a CPA payment issue, and immediatly figured it was due to low value players being sent, but in reality, players once sent still need to be paid for, and if agreements need to be changed going forward then so be it...

Now I do agree that the affiliate probably needs to work out the issue with you on a more personal level, and hopefully now that this issue has been brought to the foreront that can happen.

Gonzalo, 58k gambling webmasters ? I do not know if there is a gambling company with such large number of affiliates

on gpwa is only 10,000 registered webmasters and it is a big community of webmasters

2) About Azartia Casino

yes i saw that this casino is in spanish language and when i promoted this casino i wrote about spanish language

on April i had 2-3 registered customers and 1 depositor

anywhere in your website i not see that this casino is restricted only for Spanish players - please show me where it says that this casino accept only Spanish

3) i had deal with you not with this casinos

Same happened to me!!! I had to be paid 2 mounths ago 600$ and it suppouse the sent me payment twice but they say my account bank was wrong. I've been receiving money in that account many times from other companies and I had no problem.

Also they say bank charge more than 100$ for operation so now I dont have the minimun to receive the money...


I hope everybody realize thar ExclusiveGambling.com is SCAM and don't pay!!!!

Lo mismo me pasó a mí!. Me tenian que pagar hace dos meses 600$ y el pago se supone que me lo enviaron dos veces, pero dicen que mi cuenta bancaria estaba mal. He estado recibiendo dinero en esa cuenta muchas veces de otras compañías y no tuve ningún problema.

También dicen que los gastos bancarios son de más de 100$ por cada operación por lo que ahora no tengo el mínima para recibir el dinero ...


Espero que todos dan cuenta que ExclusiveGambling.com es un TIMO y NO PAGAN!!

La semana que viene pondré una denuncia en la comisaria de policia.
