Rev share vs. CPA model- two affiliates share their opinion

If you're trying to decide between rev share and CPA and want to understand the main differences between these two commission structures, check out the CPA vs. Rev Share ViewPoint video. Richard Moffat of OLBG and Andreas Emmanuel of OnlinePoker.net shared their opinions on the subject when I interviewed them at LAC.

I could never imagine having my site use a CPA structure.
Not for me... I guess since I am in this for the long haul, I feel I can grow by business to be much stronger and secure by using a rev share model.

I have always said the same, but recently i have noticed that i would have been way better off with CPA on pretty much all rooms that donīt have a Casino + Sportsbook !

I am getting closer and closer to being CPA fan

In these days it also seems like not all programs wanīt us to be in it for the long haul

Byt the way, i also watched to vidoe the other day and there are many good points there with CPA on new rooms etc !

Its six of one and half a dozen of another but here is another critical element to consider.

High roller accounts on rev share deals. Does anyone have any experience?

Yeah, this was one of the points i was trying to make (or forgot to make!). Even if we want to be in it long term and feel we can help with long term value, retention, reactivation etc.. finding partners that actually want you to help or believe you can isnt that easy. Issue often is that we deal with acquisition departments which often just care about numbers and the retention departments are completely seperate and dont want any help from affiliates.
