I think it depends on your budget and interests.

Are you looking for an existing, proven site? One with potential? Just a domain name? And then there is the question of what you want to do with the website? Do you have a niche? a general gaming site? Dedicated to poker? etc...

Hello, we presently operate 10 internet gaming sites. We are looking to expand our network into casino and bingo. Aside from new domains, to assist in developing a stronger brand we are looking at possible acquisition of current sites earning solid revenues.

I would suggest we are not a fresh in this industry at all. Just curious to see what may be available.

I recommend you make sure to deal with people who know the domain industry and won't try to waste your time and money with second-tier tld's or non-premium domains. You want only first-tier, premium casino domain names, primarily .com's, and names that are generic or generically descriptive to the point of giving you the world's premier destination address and virtual ownership for a given industry category or subcategory, or highly brandable. Generally speaking, and despite what we so often see and have even registered ourselves occasionally, you also really want to avoid hyphens at all costs except in extremely rare instances involving only the best of the best, of which there are few. Finally, and depending on your means, it's also a good idea to use a source that markets not only the finest blockbuster domains in the $xxx,xxx and up category, but also a good sized selection in the $x,xxx to $xx,xxx range as well, and even some as low as $xxx or less.

Aside from the recommendations above, I don't have a clue where you can find such a source for such premium casino domain names. I wish I knew.
