It's funny... I tell people about my business - mostly when they ask because they are looking to make some extra money. And when I explain even a simple affiliate model (not gambling related) it is already too much work for them... I tend to agree - there are times where the amount of work does not seem worth the paycheck!
As for my son... He'd love it, but has a number of years before he can legally gamble... he's only 4.
Yeah i see no reason why not, its a business like any other
Whether they would be interested is another matter, my 4 eldest, 3 in their 20s and one 17 are not involved other than milking me dry from my earnings.
As for my youngest 5, eldest 11, who knows.
Up to them really what they do, i just encourage them and support them in their own decisions.

My son is only 13, and I would love to have him at my side working with me. Since he's so young, I am encouraging him to get a college degree and live life! I would like him to find something that would make him happy. That means I have to watch myself in terms of placing expectations on him. lol.. it's hard not too.
He now wants to be a doctor like me, but that's probably because I've been telling him that since he was little. I recently have been cutting back on my "trip".. lol
As far as being an online marketer, I think it's lots of fun for me. I can say that because I've been in other fields. I know how great it is to stay home on my own hours.

If you off spring like the industry then bring them in.
Betpartners I am in the same boat as you non of my family have any idea what i do, it is easier just to say i work for a poker company, I am lucky with my wife as she worked from the same company as I did in Costa Rica so she understands the basics of what i do.
It's really up to them but if you have knowledge then of course it makes sense to pass it on. It could be lifechanging for them. Not only that but once they learn this, they could also deversify to other areas.
If they can do it and earn money from doing it, why not?
What's to say that our industry is no better than any other "real" job out there.. Sorry had to say that coz a lot of people still think mine is not a "real" job when I tell them what I do.

Plus they could get rich and support you.
I knew that was your plan
Looks like it's working so far

I suppose dependant on your personal set up, there is no reason not to bring them into the industry.
The question was not designed to question whether it was ethical to bring them in to the gambling industry, but to question whether you should bring them in to your own field or business more like.
If you are a 1 man band with no room for your children would it be sensible to bring them in to set up in competition with you? Of course, if you have plenty of work for them to do for you and you can sustain the wage i suppose it is a different matter and needs to be looked at slightly differently.
I would have no issues at all, however, both of mine are pretty busy doing their own things now and are unlikely to want to venture in to my world anymore. I will have to wait for the grandchildren to be of age and let them take over when i retire!
