Since "Black Friday" and the flow on effects to casinos and sports books, as advertisers have you done any of the following?

I've definitely been doing that, would be a really good precautionary measure just in case the worst happens. I'm starting an online dating affiliate website, and also an affiliate programs website (promoting general affiliate programs for a monthly fee).

We haven't been looking overseas at the US market since online gambling was banned in 2006. Guess we'll have to wait a little longer now, but still, this hasn't affected us at all, luckily.

I know of some poker advertisers who focused on non US traffic for the past 5 years and they didn't really feel Black Friday. A couple capitalized and picked up European players getting of the 3 networks.

I did not see my option :P (Confused and going nuts with mixed emotions of quit and fight. The ship is sinking but looking at all options before I bail) lol
Perhaps some of you can help with the process
What I am doing is securing payments in some way or another. I have a few friends in other courtiers and I am about 4 hours drive from Canada. My mom is still a British citizen and part of the business as well I feel I am in a lagit business however the mechanics on payment to affiliates is totally flawed. My first thought is to setup a bank account that I would pay myself with and cut out the middle man. Next is to setup a LLC in Canada or wherever if possible and simply pay a salary to myself. However this is just a first shot on a idea and I am sure lots of holes here but its a start.
The way I see it this could happen again and again no matter what methods of payment affiliate companies decide. Its important to me at this point to lock it down and make sure I get paid.
