Seo-wise, overall good. I like the cleanliness and simplicity of the site. Proper navigation, end user might not be confused. Obviously very static which is good in terms of crawling. Nice piece buddy!

This is hopefully what will be our official release (though I change things all the time anyways).

Only critique I'd toss out is too much blood red there. You've got it as the background of the page plus also the background of blocks inside the page.

Perhaps replace either the background or the blocks color with something to help break up the redness? Makes the content blend a bit too much, rather than standing out as separate pieces

    Hi

Hi man, my honest opinion is that your page dont looks like a gambling portal. Perhaps yoy need more pictures and redesign the information.

My personal oppinion is that you should delete the whole site before google starts to indexing your website. Surely needs to be redesigned from scratch!!

Your website it doesnt show any trust to the gambling visitors .. surely doesnt look like a gambling website .... and that guy on the photo that pretends to be a Poker teacher .. really scared me off!

    Please!!

Just because the site isn't another wordpress theme that looks like every other site on the internet does not mean it should be deleted!

It's a refreshing change to see a portal that isn't displaying a hundred flashing banners!

the webmaster obviously put a ton of work into creating a site that caters to a specific niche... I find it very insulting that you would attack him in this manner.

Why everytime when someone post its sincere oppinion some of you take it as an insult!

From the time that someone descites to ask for others oppinion in this forum must be prepared to hear the good and the bads!

By the way the most of my website it is written in pure html the only part that is in wordpress is the gambling blog.

    Ok, let me explain.

This is not a gambling portal per se, it's a training site. That's why it doesn't look like most gambling sites.

The navigation is well laid out.

    The seo is well done.

The pictures are used as comic relief, to lighten up the mood.

There is nothing seriously wrong with the overall site. So why delete it and start over?

All he needs to do is some minor tweaking and it's ready to go.

Tell me why you think the site does not look trustworthy?

Instead of telling him the site is garbage and he should start over, give him some creative criticism.

    Please understand,

I don't think it was the opinion that Terry has a problem with, it was the way you conveyed that opinion.

Now please do not let this become a personal attack thread as we will NOT allow that to happen from anyone....

I have at times put up sites for review and not exactly been happy about some of the responses....but then again, most members do not tell me to delete the site and start over although I have actually done that on a few sites....and I STILL have one or 2 out there I need to do that with.

Most times I take the criticisms of my peers to heart, try to determine the reasons why some have those opinions and work forward from that point.

Your statement of deleting the site and starting over wasn't really constructive.....

Well first of all you have to understand that hard critism is what makes others to succeed as saying that everything is cool and only some minor changes have to been made it is wrong! He will never succeed with a page like that .. Never!!

The website colours really dont match each other ... the navigation is terrible i tried to play poker and after 5 minutes going around i didnt find the way to play ... some of the pages are problematic ... everything is very confusing ... the first impression is terrible ... please allow me to give hard critism to people , i have a 12 years experience in creating websites and most of all gambling websites ...

People when they post here they need the honest oppinion in order for them to proceed ....

personally i would stay in that website no more than 1 second.

Deleting a website it is much more easy to design ... than to build on a problematic structure , i have a lot of experience on that as i have spent hours and hour and hours on problematic websites trying to redesign and at the end i have descite to rebuild it again....

My critism to everyone in this forum is always made not to insult but to point a direction with few words and make them see their mistakes.

Well unfortunately not all of us have the same way to express their oppinion. This is me and i have always learned to express exactly what i feel with out any turns out!

This is not a poker site - it's a training site.

I think the problem is you don't understand what type of site he has. It's a poker training site. He is not promoting poker rooms, he is selling his training system.

I think the site is fine and aimed at complete beginners, I did find an error on the 1st odds game Error #2048 using firefox.

Also if im correct in thinking that the owner of this site is involved with poker.com so would know alot more than any of us I would say.
