Hi everyone,

I would like to warn you all that Smart Live Affiliates does not pay affiliate's commission. In my case they do not replay my emails and do not send me any explanation re unpaid commission. To make matters worse, I have noticed in my stats panel that they have romoved latest generated invoice to be paid without any prior notification... and finally there is no earnings....

It's very strange...

Smart Live should be blacklisted....

If you don't get a response from their contact here, drop Steven or Anthony a pm and they can help verify messages are being recieved from you or at least help make sure you can connect with the correct person to help you work out the issue.

Payments are made in the 2nd or 3rd week of the month and have not yet been made for October. As long as the information is now correct, there won't be a problem when the payments are made.

Having looked into your account, I can see that it was set up incorrectly by a previous Affiliate Manager. We only accept new accounts on a Rev Share deal, which was the case before March when your account was opened. This is why you have yet to be paid, because your players haven't earned you enough revenue from the Rev share deal. I have updated your account so that from now on, you will only receive payments on a Rev Share basis. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

As a one off goodwill gesture, we will pay you £100 for the 1 qualifying player you sent us on the CPA deal your account was on. This will be process with our December payments which will be done by the 3rd week of December.

We apologise for any confusion in this matter, and remind you that from now on you will only receive comission as a Rev Share deal for the players you currently have and for any that you send to us in the future.

Thanks for the heads up we were on the verge of promoting them. Will monitor this thread to see what their response is.

I had an issue with Smart Live payments a few months ago. It was resolved fine and despite my initial concerns, I soon got the impression that it's more bad organisation than bad intentions. I'm confident you will get paid and I hope Smart Live sort payments out because it makes them look more dodgy than they probably deserve to.

I sent email re my unpaid commission and missiong stats to Tufan on 20.12.2011.
He replied to me on 21.12.2011 "I will check your payment and get back to you asap."
I replied to him on 29.12.2011 "Any news? When Can I expect receiving of my commission ?"
There has been no contact since my last email.....

Today, I sent him email once again..

Sorry for our late response.

As a Smart Live Affiliates team, we inform all our new registered affiliates about payment dates as soon as they’ve signed up. We process affiliates payments between 2nd week and 3rd week of each month and every Smart Live affiliate expects their payments between those days each month. If there is any delay regarding payments, we do send internal emails through our affiliate platform and inform them of expected process dates.

We do apologize for the miscommunication occurred. I can confirm that your payments will be processed this week with the other affiliate payments.

I've had quite a few painful experiences with this brand, long before Tufan arrived. If anyone wants any information let me know via PM.

It is a real shame because they are on UK television and could have a strong affiliate presence if they organised and cut out all the crap.
