Spammers - So where do you get your email lists?

Just received a nice SPAM from what appears to be from your brand. It is a mailer for a 10 Euro free chip and titled "Live Games - Hot Costa Rican Dealers"

Spoofed? Gary is looking into the source.

Hi Mate

I do their SEO and built their site as well. They are not spamming. Their URL and in fact MY EMAIL ADDRESS is in this tracking code which I am not too happy about, but if you track IP's you will see it isn't coming from Spain or Leeds. I am guessing its an opportunist that's also a new affiliate. ALC have signed up dozens of them in the past 2 weeks.

Its fairly easy to mimic emails and this is obviously what is going on.

Provided they don't know what they are doing I will trace back the real sender and sort it out. (Sacked)

In the mean time please report it as spam through whatever channels you choose (or let me know and I'll send you a few) asap.

I'm having quite a bit of roadblocks tracing this. They are a bit sophisticated in their method. it will take a day or two but I'll certainly publish whatever the results find. I think this is a typical rouge Affiliate going after short profits.
