Sports related backlinks and SEO

This is my first post here, so hello all!

I'm looking for advice on backlink/SEO companies that can provide backlinks from sports related sites or blogs. My site is just a few weeks old (not sure if Im allowed to post a link here?) and is a football statistics site so ideally I'd be looking for backlinks from soccer sites. I have looked at a couple of companies but most wont guarentee that the blogs will be relevant.

Any advice? If this has already been covered please point me in the right direction.

Be careful! There are a lot of spam sites. You pay them, but You don't get any result.
