Star Partner - New Earnings Model

    Hi Everyone,

Please note that we will be announcing via email a new earnings model that will be taken live on 1 January 2012. The new model will effect all new affiliates that register from this date.

All existing affiliates need to choose which model they would like to continue on. Please click on the button in the mail and let us know which model you would prefer. You only need to do this once.

We will send out communication over the next few weeks on a bi-weekly basis so that all existing affiliates are given ample time to make this important decision. Your affiliate manager will also be in touch with you regarding the change.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me antoinette @ starpartner.com

    Thanks

    Regards,

    Antoinette

Interesting rev-share. Going for the big affiliates is clearly the plan. Small-time affiliates are welcome but not loved. Big-time affiliates get huge %.

    0-5 players = 15%

I think it is a last (desperate) attempt before their casinos will be under the CR flag........

Which new affiliate will join at this insane rev. share scheme?

Im with you - either they go broke with the super affiliates at 80% or totally low ball the new affiiates (no incentive to join).

I cant see this model lasting long - it looks doomed from the start to be honest.

I do not see how they can sustain the business like this especially if they pawn off 80% for large affiliates.

IMO if you ask for anything over 40% you run the risk of putting programs in a position where they will have to shave you to pay the bills.I send 100+ players a month to one MGS group and we get 40% ,I have heard that MGS takes as much as 27% from the programs for their fee.I am sure it varies but certainly cutting themselves a bit tight.

Exactly right CBG in order for a business to be able to pay off the fees they owe to the software provider, pay winners, pay staff etc there is no way they can pay the affiliate anything over 35% to 40% in that claim they can are shaving big time!

    Here is the key statement.

Income Less Payouts, Bonuses, Progressive Contribution, Banking Fees, MGS Fees and Charge-backs

So in essence you would be making those percentages only after all fees are taking off.

So lets say you sent the 66 plus players are on the 80% plan and your account makes 100K net. You do not make 80K - you make the % after deductions.

So 27$ MGS - take off 27K. Lets say another 3K in bonuses.. 30K fees.

You make 80% off 70K - its a big difference.

    56K not 80K!

    Still though its rather tight.

I didn't get the email and perhaps you should call and mail your affiliates of a drastic change like this.

Just think of affiliates who won't get your email because it was blocked by spam.

I for one no longer promote any SP casinos because they lied to me years ago and stole my monthly percentage of 35% without so much as an email. Now this comes along to rip off new affiliates. I would encourage any existing affiliates to drop them ASAP. We wouldn't want this type of casino earning model to get a foothold in the industry.

Hey is this thread all about the truth finally becoming mainstream. As in, Star Partner was never a real partner rather a non partner. Good nice to see, glad they made their cash. So why are they here again?
