as a Europe citizen it's not possible for me to offer Soccer Bets. After two years development now i want to offer two Soccer Bets Applications for betting and real playing.
After studying many notices about offshore companies and billing companies in for example Costa Rica or somewhere i'm getting a little bit confused.
A short description what i want to offer:
1.) We offer for the Soccer European Championship 2004 a bet application where you can play and bet the tournament. We don't offer game2game offers like the most bet companies. You have to pay a initial fee like 50 Dollars to join. Nothing more. All fees are running in a progressive jackpot which is distributed by fin. Between all players could tip and bet the games and rounds. They receive points for each correct bet, and so on.....
Now my question:
What's the best way to organize this business legal without dramatic costs?
Any idea?
