Stats issue : Player wagering removed, what happened here ?

I have the following issue : this player that started playing at blackjack ballroom on sept.19 2010 and produced some good returns but when I checked the data the wagering results show zero.



On the other hand according to CR stats the player made his last bet on Jan 11th
2012 .... but if I look at the daily stats the player stopped playing on the Jan 3rd 2012 and did not wager the week after that.

So my question is what happened with this player ?

If that player details has nothing in it there may be a db issue.

Blackjack ballroom player now is suddenly active on jan 15th 2012 :

I think this very odd.

There may have been a db lock that corrected itself overnight fixing that second one. That's the only explanation I have since it corrected itself while we were all sleeping. DB locks happens sometimes unfortunately.

Regarding the last bet date with no wagering showing, this can be triggered by a free spin promo, an mpv freeroll and a few other actions that don't trigger a wagering action.

There is some issue with the wager player details SP though so I'm having it fixed as we speak.

Problem for the Nostalgia player not fixed, I also find it very strange that in all cases it are high wagering players.

I think you are reading too much into it.

It could be any number of reasons why this happens. DB issues, website issues (one issue on the site affecting other things).
As I mentioned, my dev guy left, and it's possible that he left things unfinished (actually very likely) that could affect other stuff.. So I'm having someone check out the whole site.
