Stats Query

I'm hoping to get some clarification from RB regarding my stats for April. I haven't done much RB promotion for quite some time but with the scaling back of some other brands recently, I'm looking to give more advertising space to brands such as RB. Before I do so, I'd like to understand the stats a little better.

I'll post below a screenshot of my stats for April. Here are my queries:

In the top half of this 'financial report', it shows revenue of $2.61 (woo!) for Cool Hand Poker. However, in the bottom half of the report, it shows 'poker revenue' of $0. Why the difference.

Secondly, Jackpot City shows zero 'actives' and yet more than $500 dollars minus revenue. How is this possible with no active players?

Poker - the commission you see for Cool Hand Poker is a player that registered with Poker, but is actually playing casino games within the poker software. So no commission for Poker due, but the poker player has generated commission on casino.

Casino - the term "actives" is explained as a new depositing player at the casino for that month. So even though you have no active players at Jackpot City, the revenue will come from players that signed up previously, but playing in the current month.
