I´m sure we appreciate the brief post, if you're genuine, but you can understand people being wary. Anyone could create an account with a 'william hill' moniker so can you please identify yourself in some way? Perhaps someone here from GPWA can confirm that your account here was created/verified with a William Hill e-mail addy?

Some of you may know me, my name is David Bazak and I am the Regional Affiliate Manager for William Hill Online. Firstly let me put all your minds at rest and say that your numbers are counting and your players can cash out deposit do whatever they need to do. Everything is fine.

There has simply been a pause in the transference of data to Affiliates United from one of the platforms it uses. The data is being counted it simply has not passed over yet.

I personally appreciate your patience. I am positive by the end of play tomorrow your stats will be updated fully for everyday of this month.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and completley usderstand any frustrations it may have caused. Just to add ona final note again - All your statisticsa are counting and will update tomorrow and NO customer facing platforms are damaged or limited in their services in anyway.

It is not a manager from the UK but Israel (where Cpays....) just saying.

GCG - Baz wasnt employed at the time CPays reared their heads originally, he joined at around the same time that the UK Hills Aff Program moved over to Israel. I actually think he was new to the industry when he joined. I trust him 100%.

David - stats still not updating - this is a laughable situation man - how can you run an affiliate program where the stats are not working ? This is not some small program like , i dunno, Wager Junction where the stats always work - this is the mighty William Hill where it seems no one has a clue.

Your explanation re the 3 different systems is all very enlightening man , but how long can an issue like this take to resolve - this has gone on for far far to long now. I am very unhappy re this - it feels like there is something going on in the background at WHO

You know it doesnt take a lot in our industry to get tongues wagging and minds working , this is really not the way to do business. Can you send us Henry Birchs email address - i want to take this up with him personally . I want to send him an email from an affiliates point of view.
