    Default still no payments from Quasar Gaming

    I have opened a new thread regarding delayed payments, so an admin can maybe move the post from marvel into this thread.

    Marvel posted about no payment from Quasar Gaming and i must agree. There is only a notice into affiliate account that payments will delayed.

    Kindly be advised that due to reasons beyond our control, comissions for the month of August will be delayed. We are working towards processing all payments in the shortest time possible. Next month, processing dates will revert back to normal.

    They have changed the name for payment provider from Quasar Limited to QSL Support N.V but i don't believe that this should be a reason.

    I don't know what they have for problems, support stated about Neteller problems and to change to another payment method. But this should be not a solution.

    Now the month will ending in a few days and a second payment will be pending.

    Hope they can solve the problems shortly and going back again to normal processing.

    Send a ticket report, and changed to skrill payments... this was on 26th, anyway no feedback from support no payments. i donīt now whats happen at the moment. And insider is right, is no a option to change payments method, quasar have to fix this problem!

    Dear All,

    I understand your frustration and thank you all in advance for being patient with us during this time. Yes we have run into delays which were beyond our control in more ways than one. We hoped to have had all issues/problems solved by now but unfortunately we are still encountering some issues with Neteller payment method which we are working very hard to solve. We have asked affiliates to change their method so that we will be able to pay out your outstanding commissions for August but it is for a limited time only. Once Neteller is up and running again, you may continue to use your preferred method of payment.

    We encourage you to send an email to verifications@quasargaming.com and affiliates@quasargaming.com with a different payment method if you wish your outstanding balance to be paid out (for August). Please do not touch your NetRefer payment details so as to avoid confusion.

    With regards to your September commissions, we will continue to update you closer to our end of month closing. We hope that Neteller will be back to normal and we will be able to payout as per normal.

    Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

    P.S. I am currently on leave but will be checking your responses from time to time so please note that I am not ignoring any queries. I am here to help you in anyway I can. Please also allow me to assure you that payments will be paid out. It is our sole priority to have our payment time frames back to normal.

    Hi Rebecca,

    i can understand that something is out of your control but if you can assure us that problems with Neteller will being solved in 14 days and we will receive our commission for August and September together without changing provider, then it would be okay.

    I am hoping that it will be solved in 14days or at the very least, have some solution in place before our next end of month. What I can promise you is that your payments will be processed but at the exact moment I can only update you but cannot provide an exact date. Of course everybody wants to get their commission so my solution to you right now is to provide us with an alternative method so that your balance can be processed.

    The problem is that we are on other payment providers more restricted.

    We are doing our very best to solve this problem as quickly as possible which of course is in our best interest. I am not proud to have to ask you to change your payment method but it is something temporary and the best solution i can give you so that you can get paid. I ask you to kindly be patient, we will solve this.

    Yes my message refers to our next end of month process, which basically means next week. We are almost in the final stages regarding outstanding issues with Neteller so we hope that we should have a 'plain sailing' EOM process with payments being back to their normal time frames.

    Affiliate commissions that remain outstanding (August) will also be paid out with the next batch. Since we are so close to processing date again, both August and September commissions will be issued once our end of month process has been completed. We need to dedicate a few days for reporting in order to release commissions and update your records.

    Rebecca, thank you for keeping your affiliates up to speed regarding the payment issues.

    I had noted that you announced payments would be delayed (from August activity) and you did so before they were due, which is the way it should be done if there's ever an issue.

    I've also noted that you have continued to provide updates, suggested an alternate payment method to get folks paid before the end of the month, and responded to questions/concerns - even during the time you were on holiday.

    As an observer - I am appreciative of the efforts you put forth. Thank you.

    Hi Shay,

    Thank you for your comments. I try to do my best at all times. At the end of the day affiliates need to be reassured what is going on with their commissions so that is what I tried to do and offer. We all have bills to pay and families to support.

    It's not nomal that a manager is in holiday and answer posts here, so my appreciation for her too.

    Hello Quasar,
    FYI - I have an account with you and I just found our my tracking links have been redirected to the affiliate program home page instead to the casino home page

    I dont know how long this was going on, when I logged in my account I've seen a T&C request to approve, so I approved it
    but still the links where leading to affiliate program page.

    I had to replace the links manually to lead again to the casino home page.

    Just wanted you to know as I didnt receive any email about T&C change.. and the links problem is something you & maybe other affiliates would like to check.

    Hi Ocreditor,

    Just for everyone's info - every change that is made to our affiliate Terms and conditions is announced via your affiliate account as this ensures it reaches you and requires your attention. Emails can sometimes be overlooked or return for whatever reason so this method safeguards both parties.

    With regards to your links, i will have a look at your account today and will get back to you via email with my findings.

    On a general note, it is always good to run random checks with your links/banners to ensure all is in order and that all material is as it should be. I carry out this exercise myself from time to time but it is possible for me to over look this due to load and other priority matters.
