Still waiting for my April Statement !

iam still waiting for my April Statement .....

I send Marc a pm : No Response
I send a message at MSN to my AM : No Response
I send a mail to : payment@europartners.com : No Response
I tryed to call by telephone UK 0800 066 4322 and Germany 0800 181 3800 : Invalid nummers and not working

I know that your Affiliate Manager has been in contact with you on this matter and said she is taking care of it for you.
I am also trying to get you an answer as well but I know that your Affiliate will get back to you shortly.

Robin , i know this ! But what about the Support ??? is there working anyone ? No response to mails from the support !

Are phone numbers actuell ? why i cant never reach anyone from EP using the phone numbers at EP homepage ?

Is my AM the only one person who care my problem ???

Why it is soo hard to get response from support@europartners.com or payment@europartners.com ????

Hi Oyropa,

Your AM is your main contact and the person who looks after most of your needs but we all care and I check the support emails daily and I am sorry I have not seen any emails from you or they would have been answered. As for the payment@europartners.com I will have to speak to the payteam to see if they received your emails. I am looking into the phone #s I was unaware that there is an issue with them. You can always call the main # 1-866-725-8558 during working hours and I am sure someone will answer or leave a message and we will get back to you.

In the meantime I have sent you a PM about your statement. Has anyone else not received their April statement yet? If so post it or email me and I will look into it for you.

Glad this was all resolved.
When you pm'ed me I was out of the country.
I saw it the next day and spoke to your AM and they updated you that I had spoken with them.
We checked into it and resolved everything within a few days.
All in all I think you agree that this was resolved and taken care of professionally.

I will agree with you if i also get my money , now it is 20.05.2011 and i havent get the money for April...... , in the past i ever get my money at the 15-16 th of the month ..... , is there a specially reason why this changed... ?
