Strange payment problem

I have a strange situation with EuroPartners

In 16/09/2010 I have made a deal with my account manager (Julian S.) - flat fee on poker plus special CPA deal on casino.

Deal involves creating a separate section for Titan Poker in our poker forum and displaying banners. Payment have to be done UPRONT for 5 months. We have done our part next day, and send an invoice plus company incorporation papers. Until today no payment was done.

It's been 2 months now. Banners are still online. I have tried to
contact my account manager few times (julian@europartners.com) asking
about payment - I didn't get a respond for that question.

More of that, there is also a problem with CPA casino campaign. All the stats shows 0, even "real impressions".

This is a first time that I have such a strange situation with well known brand. I hope someone will help me to solve it.

It seems the only way to contact these people is via this forum.

Their email system must be maintained by the same IT personnel that maintain their stats system.
