Sub-affiliate report needs to be fixed

Robin, normally I don't get as harsh as this however, the sub-affiliate report is not working at all now. After putting up with having to run the reports individually for 12 months and also getting monthly summaries (not all months though) I now can't even run them individually.

When I try to filter by sub-affiliate, the result set is the total real net gaming for all sub-affiliates. As they are on different tier levels it is impossible to calculate my earnings. Absolutely useless!

How am I expected to run a business when I have no idea how much I have earned until a week into the following month when I get my earnings statement?

Without Rick and myself hassling here each month nothing seems to be happening. Then again, nothing happened when we were hassling either. I'm getting the impression the Euro Partners people are making enough money out of the affiliates who don't really care about the service or reporting. Wish I had that type of business.

Why else would anyone implement a solution, ignore what we are saying, and well over 12 months later still not have it working?

Hi Jarvi,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have been told that they are hopefully going to have some answers for me tomorrow and I will keep you informed. In the meantime both your Affiliate Manager (whom I spoke to) and the Director for your region are available to help you by running the reports for you.

I know it sounds like the same old answer but I really am hopeful to have some news for you in the next couple of days.

Yes, Mark has been helping me, however, if he is in the same position as Terri, then getting them fixed is not something within his control, hence me posting here.

Whilst the report Mark provides is fine, it is not the optimal solution and in terms of efficiency I should be running the reports myself rather than having to wait for the report from Mark.

Some good news... Sub Affiliate report is now working. Please go in and test the report, let me know if you find any bugs or problems. There is one issue and that is your earnings from the sub-affiliates is not showing in the dashboard and we continue to work on this, but in the meantime you can run the report.

Sorry Robin, tested with a couple of sub-affiliates and still shows the total amount. At least I can see the new selection drop down list, it just doesn't seem to reflect the selection in the results.

Also, a reminder that the selection details then disappear when the report is displayed. Please get it so the filters stay visible when the report is shown.

Thanks for testing this and your feedback. I will pass this on to the tech people and hopefully get an answer soon. We have a holiday here for the next few days so I might not be around to post, but I will do my best.

Sorry Robin, looks like I owe you an apology. I must have been running the report incorrectly because now I see I can get reports by individual sub-affiliate again. Thank you.

Just a reminder that the filter is still collapsing once the report is displayed.

There's also another sub-affiliate issue that Mark is aware of and anything you can do to help speed up the resolution would be appreciated.
