    SuperPokerAffiliates not paying affiliates

At the time I joined SuperPokerAffiliates they were a platinum member of GPWA.

SuperPokerAffiliates are no longer paying affiliate accounts via Neteller despite what their website says on the homepage "Fast payouts with NETELLER" and further references to payments supposedly being made can be found on their news page " We have now processed all commission payments for the month of October; Paypal, Netteller".

    We currently are owed
$896.57 with our last payment received in June 2010 and are being told the following after sending several support emails, the only one we got a response to was that we were taking the brands off from our sites "First off, I want to apologize for the delay in getting your commissions. The company is under new management and we're in the process of getting all our accounts squared away.
The good news is that we can send over your commissions if you have a Moneybookers or PayPal account (
we're running into some delays with affiliates that use Neteller).

I have since sent several emails with no reply, it certainly seems like they have no intent on resolving the payments to Neteller or responding to support emails, at this stage I would recommend that potential affiliates proceed with caution when promoting SuperPokerAffiliates who support the following brands: Texas Calculatem, Sit&Go Shark, CalculatemPro, Holdem Genuis and Poker Crusher.

    Hi Leslie

Thanks for posting. Please keep us updated.

Hopefully, someone from Super Poker Affiliates will drop in and respond to your post. If not, I'll ask Anthony or Steven to attempt to make contact with them since they were GPWA sponsors.

    SuperPokerAffiliates not paying affiliates

I am also an affiliate of super poker affiliates and haven't been paid in about 3 months. The new affiliate manager's name is Mark. I have emailed him many times and I was told. The SuperPokerAffiliate products have recently come under new management, so we had to create a new Moneybookers and PayPal account.

    1. We set up a new Moneybookers account, but the current transfer limit is too low. We're working on raising the limit.
    2. We had a similar problem with our new PayPal account. There were too many transactions in too short of a time period so PayPal is requiring some extra verification.

They are no longer responding to my emails.

    Hi everyone,

Our affiliates are an extremely important part of our business. I really, really apologize for the delay in payments and any frustration you may have experienced.

As mentioned, the reason that your payments are delayed is that the company is under new management and it's has taken a lot longer than expected to get our PayPal/Moneybookers accounts in order.

Again, I want to apologize for the delay and assure you that you will be paid in full. We're definitely in it for the long-haul.

    - Mark

P.S. Leslie and Louden, I'll make sure your accounts get personal attention from the owners.

    Hi Mark

Thanks for popping in and explaining what's up, please ask the folks in charge to be more communicative. Simply by replying to the emails the concerned affiliates sent, your company could have avoided this situation.

    Thanks,
    Terry

I somehow doubt your sincerity about resolving this matter being that its been 5 days since your reply to this thread and you haven't even inquired into who I am. You only know my name is Louden on this forum. You haven't asked for my affiliate ID or name or anything. So I don't see how my account will get personal attention if your not going to ask me what my affiliate id is.

I don't see a reason for you to even make that claim unless your planning to selectively choose which affiliates your going to pay and which ones your just not going to respond to emails. I think you should be paying all of your affiliates.

When I do hear from you all you tell me is that I will get paid. Your the king of empty promises. How long can it possibly take you to get your payment processors fixed? 6 months? 8 months? never?

    This is beyond ridiculous.

I've invested a lot of time in promoting your products and I will invest more time into letting people know about what you guys are doing.

Contact made but still no payment

    Hi Guys,

A quick update, I was contacted by Mark a few days ago asking if payment could be made to my PartyPoker account to which I replied that would be fine.

Yet no payment has been made to date.

There was only 1 Louden in our database so I assumed that was you. I sent that account an email 7 days ago (on Dec. 22).

If you didn't receive an email from me, please send me a PM with your affiliate ID and your email address.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Still no payment

    Hi Mark,

Seeing that you don't respond to emails,

I would like to let you know again I am still awaiting payment and no I have not received any payout via PartyPoker or any other means yet.

Why when replying to Louden did you not comment about my payment status?

Yeah I don't have enough posts on this forum to be able to send PM's but I did email you yesterday asking for all the months of pay you owe me for 2010.

I still haven't received a response to my email though.

Unfortunately you are not alone in waiting for payments from SPA. I haven't received payments since June and after contacting Mark (October '10) he assured me that they can pay me immediately by Moneybookers or Paypal. I provided them with my MB details but no payments has been made till now.

It's very pity because SPA used to be a very reliable affiliate program with fast payouts

Has anyone been paid in the meantime?

No, I am still waiting for payment, I recon it's over with their company - i.e. broke - will start posting negative pubicity on all my blogs and websites very soon, I figure over a month is long enough notification. I have aready linked all articles about their products to their competition.

Nothing here either. They still don't respond to my many emails, and I never got any personal attention Mark promised about this issue. I've also pulled most of my traffic and redirect elsewhere. They used to be good to work for but these new guys will just take all your sales and you won't see a dime.

I'll give them to the end of the month, then we'll post a report on the GAU website about the payment/response issues.

In the last couple of hours i did some "research" regarding SPA...
Right now i´m quite sceptical that we will ever get paid and i have at least some doubts about this "story" Mark came up with here...
If you want some more info or if someone of this forum is living in Stockholm, Sweden - please send me a PM.

Also, it would be nice to get some help from gpwa in this matter.
At least they had been "platinum members" a while ago.

Anyway if Mark don´t reply to this thread or my last email, we´ll remove their promotions from all our sites.

If you can recommend some other programs in this poker software niche that are willing to pay their affiliates - please let me know.

In fairness - i´ve never had any problems with SPA in the last couple of years - it´s quite a shame that at least it looks like that they are going to ruin their business this way.

    Hey guys,

I apologize again for the delay. I just wanted to pop in and give you all an update:

Leslierad was owed $896.57 in affiliate commissions.
I was told by management that leslierad was sent $800 a few days ago via PartyPoker and she'll be sent the remainder shortly.

Again, I want to stress that all of our affiliates are a really important part of our business and we're working hard to get you all paid. I really apologize for the delay and hope you guys can be patient a little longer.

    - Mark

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for the update I just checked my PartyPoker account,

I can now confirm that on 01/25 $796 was transfered into my partypoker account from SPA however the payment is still $100.57 short and despite actually getting something out that I never thought I would, I suggest others continue to remain cautious and we certainly will not be in a hurry to re-add SPA until all their outstanding payment issues are sorted out and the remaining funds are paid out to us.

    Hi Terry,

Has your report been completed on the GAU site yet about the payment/response or lack there of ?

    Just checked my account - Unpaid commissions (approved / pending): $ 679.75 / $ 0 - from residual sales.

Also, has everyone else been paid yet?

I really liked the SPA products and they still generate traffic on our sites but due to non payment we still cannot add them until the payment issues are fully resolved and we are assured that payments will be on time every month.
