Support Request Problem
I just went onto the support and asked a support representative if they could tell me the software the casino runs on, and i was an affiliate, and couldnt see it on the site.
I was told, it was not what they could do, and i had to mail the affiliate support email address for affiliate questions.
Do the support representative know the software? I just think they should know something like this, and be able to answer it.
Maybe im being grumpy as its late in the evening, and had long day, but just didnt like the response.
Can you please let me know which brand's support are you referring to?
1. they MUST know and tell you the name of the software of their casino/bingo.
a. I can tell you that all the casinos on my program use TopGame and WinwardCasino uses TopGame and Parlay.
b. All the Bingo brands use Parlay software.
2. Also on every site there is a clear logo of the software at the home page, in case any site is missing it, please be so kind to let me know and I will get them to fix that.
3. As those brands have exclusivity marketing agreement with Revenue Giants, they are not allowed to speak to affiliates nor to work with any affiliate/ media/ publisher online or offline thus they refereed you to us, unless of course you play at the site and deposit then you are their customer but they wont speak about traffic etc they must refer you to us.
