To the OP I think it would help if you maybe spend some time explaining the situation in a logical order of events without the demands. It can possibly take away from the seriousness of your serious allegations.

I do not know the situation in your case but i can certainly believe its possible and would like some evidence of how you feel Europartners has wronged you.

Please share what you got in your posts and again maybe try and sound less aggressive with the demand comments.

I agree with the two previous comments in this thread, if you post what your situation is about,the affiliate community on this forum will rally behind you if there is reason. Steven is one man and we are the community. Who do you think has more power ?

Europartners are now owned by Playtech and as they are a publicly listed company on the London Aim market i believe, they have to i am sure comply with certain rules. That said though it has not stopped other companies from committing wrongs.

So please enlighten us as to your issues and lets take it from there.

Please do send the proof you have and our correspondence to GPWA so they can get involved.
Specifics aside - the claim is that we lost/stole data/money.
I have taken this seriously and checked into it as thoroughly as humanly possible and can say I do not believe there was any "theft".

i am knowing the whole situation which Robert faced and can surely say without any doubt that there was a theft of stolen data.If GPWA allow Robert to show all proofs screen shots then things can be very clearly understood and can help other affiliates understand what miserable condition he has went through these years because of consistent ignorance he faced as he wasn't replied by his appointed manager and euro partner team.First of all i would like to tell whole situation clearly to Steven if possible add me on Skype id kushagarkaushik

For now I am not going to post this.
This definitely make things clear and I'm sure when Steve (GPWA) sees this it will be obvious there was no theft, but I don't think this will benefit either the forum or Robert.
I would like to try keep this from degrading further but who knows it might become necessary to post later (hopefully not).

From everything Robert has shown me and I have checked I can find no evidence of theft, ignorance or lack of reply.
If you have other information that I have not seen I would like to see it.
Many of the claims you have made e.g.

Robert, I, the people involved and presumably you know that this is just not true.

So if you have other information please send it to me, otherwise I would appreciate you not making allegations that are not true.

I'd like to provide an update on this.

I have received a message from Robert (rock344) providing me some initial background information about the issues involved. Portions of the information are clear to me, but there are other portions that I need either additional information on or some clarification about. Part of this is because of the language barrier, part of it is because there are a lot of different parts to the situation. I've just a moment ago sent a reply to Robert giving him a summary of what I believe he is saying (so he can confirm if I understood correctly) and asking some clarifying questions.

Once I've received this initial starting point information from Robert, I will contact Marc at Euro Partners so that he can confirm which (if any) parts of Robert's information he believes are correct and can provide me the background information from Euro Partner's end.

I will try to make updates like this one as the communication progresses. I will try to avoid posting specific details about the issue because I believe it is correct to allow the two parties involved to be the ones to determine which information is posted. I may post specifics if there is something that both parties agree is correct and they agree would like me to post it rather than having it come from one of them.

Dear Marc in official mail to Robert you said Euro Partners did not lost any data and he was paid for everything and there was no depositor after 2008.You also wrote that your IT department had been looking into this case and thereafter current manager told him on 1.06.2011 that your team don't have any Players data and history.But after consistently talking for about 40 days and seeing the situation getting no where he decided to come on GPWA and then in week only you gave him statistics of players data but which was totally contrary to the one he have with him and previously you weren't even having any statistics of player as told on 1.06.2011.This clearly tells there was problems at your end so it is better to end this ASAP with resolution as he stated which he deserve for his hard work.

If this is going to be reviewed by Steven (GPWA) and then we will speak, I suggest that we try and avoid trolling in this thread until then.
Robert approached me concerned that he had missing players, I spent a lot of time looking into this.
I don't plan on spending hours now on the forum defending things that never happened.

Kushagar - I am not who you are but like I said before, if you have information that I do not please send it.
The comments you made are not true.

Robert - you sent me some questions last week and asked me to check them again for you.
I said I would, but now instead of spending time speaking to you, I am spending time arguing on a forum with an audience that does not have all the information.
BTW we know exactly when you were paid and how much, no data is/was cleared by ANYONE here.

Also Robert, I assume that you sent Steven all the emails you sent me as well?
And all the emails I sent you? Or would you like me to send them?

I am trying really hard not to make comments directly against any persons here but it is getting more and more difficult with our name constantly being attacked.
