I think that their regulations will just bring more harm than good for us and our fragile industry. We'll just have to wait and see. Nice work J. Todd.

Thanks. Will watch when the missus gets back. It'd be wrong to watch it without her, like 'cheating' somehow. I'm sure none of this is crazy talk and I'm 200% rational.

First of all, when nipples under the shirt get hard in the cold, it's always an eye catcher.

To the topics: The new UK customer ID verification rule is really a disaster.

Because the possibilities to confiscate after some days the deposits from minors or anyone else who failed in the verification process due to subjective reasons, are gone, and the usual 2 people "casinos" with their "office" in the sleeping room, together with old VHS video cassettes from Yogi Bear and Bo Derek's "Bolero", their so called "casino-manager" for the first time now have to work, fast and with a true concept, because if they not validate the players ID within hours, then this people will feel like idiots and will go to another place, where it's easier to start a nice gambling session.

    J. Todd, would you consider interviewing Sheldon Adelson? I know I’d like to interview him myself as I’ve got a lot of questions for him (I’m sure you also do) which I just know he’ll have a difficult time answering

Actually, I contacted his people back in 2012 and 2013 to set up an interview for This Week in Gambling. We had already interviewed the Nevada Gaming Association and the VP of Caesars, so we tried to leverage those into some credibility with his team. It was useless. He doesn't care who we are or what we say. And if I had $35 billion, I probably wouldn't give a crap about others opinions either.
