TopGame Casinos on the way to Roguedom?

Effective immediately I will be removing all promotions for TopGame casinos until such time they can straighten out this mess. Offering progressives that are unwinnable and the subsequent lack of adequate responses to the problem. What in the world are they doing to our players! And the industry in general!

I just read through several pages at CM. Here is the jist of things:

Back before CAP had the huge fiasco that ended up changing the face of the site, i took part in an Audit of Rome Casino, which was still a "new" kid on the block casino....I was the audit affiliate, and i was assigned an audit player....all without Rome knowing....and the end result concerned me enough to ask many questions, like....my player deposited 75$ to months in a row, one month they lost, which should of given the affiliate a commission, and the next month they won....which should of had me in the negative, instead, i had neither, they explained that because the player cashed out, i did not have any commission of the two deposits? But they were in separate months, so the first month i should of had a commission, because they do not carry over...so they said...so with that out come and nothing to my liking or any explanation that i accepted, i told them i would never promote them. and i haven't and now i am glad i stuck with my gut on this group. With that said, i would also like to ask, do all Top Game Casinos operate the same way? Like Rival and RTG, there are some that have major issues, but some are still considered reputable....is this the same for Top Game, or are all the Top Game Casinos bad?

ALso, is Wizard Gaming still operating? If so, are they considered reputable now? Is this the way an affilaite should be spending there time and energy now?

    Thanks for any thoughts.

Thanks Pat. I did not know that. Another thing to worry about. I never did promote them and only put one of them up a couple weeks ago. I didnt like the player t/c's so I was waiting.

This whole thing makes me very uncomfortable. If I wouldn't play there myself then I won't promote them. Coupled with that chat that was insisting that the player start playing before the promised bonus was added (plus lovey creepy talk). BELLS RINGING. It resulted in a chargeback (luckily the player refused to play). It all adds up to unstable at best.

I hope TopGame casino reps and software reps come here to explain, tell me stfu and prove me wrong.

Wizard Gaming is operating afaik, -> All Star Slots Casino. They got Elliott as affiliate manager some weeks ago, since then the backend at Affiliate Edge improved a lot. Personally I like All Star Slots, the games remind me of Microgaming games a bit, just they can take US players.

    On a another note

I was looking some tim ago to buy a skin form them. Was still kind of early but they have nice features.

As a customer, they never set up the demo and dropped the ball many times. I gave up.

again, this was to be a site (of the 20+ they have now).

First let me say that I agree these casinos need to be promoted right now with HUGE caution flags, we personally have decided to remove all Top Game casinos until they get their act straight.

Second the Rome audit was a complete fiasco from the start with a ton of miscommunication and to be fair to JC he worked his rear end off to get the casino and the affiliate program up to standards and it turned out the audit was a huge flaw, Rome was apologized to over and over for the mishap.

Third it is not fair to derail this thread with postings and thoughts on a completely different casino software provider. Elliott is a top AM in this industry and I trust him 100% and believe in him 100%. He will make All Star Slots a #1 casino in a matter of months I can place a bet on it Anyone that knows him like I do knows that he would never ever work for a company that is not ethical and honest.

Hi Giggles thanks for the inquiry, I can see from looking at your post you posed a question about Wizard software after you made your statement concerning Top Game, all good however since the thread is concerning Top Game it could be quite misleading, no worries though, the answer to your question is as Spkia kindly replied, Yes Wizard is still in operation and is the software provider for All Star Slots.

Recent improvements Spika are mainly down to software updates which Wizard having introduced over the past few months, this is possibly why you are seeing improvements.

Bonus Steak- thanks for the comments, we have a really good team in place of which I’m very happy to be a part of.

I could go on, however I have no wish to derail this thread from its original title. Should anyone need further information concerning All Star Slots, don’t hesitate to get in contact at contactATaffilaiteedge Dot com

    Respectfully
    Elliott.

Elliot, Sorry if you or "anyone" else took my comment wrong, i wasn't trying to include your company in with the Top Game issue, I was asking about Wizard gaming because you came out at about the exact same time that Top came out, and i have heard a lot of bad about Top game, but i have heard nothing negative about Wizard, so i was considering spending more time promoting your group, and you have even emailed me with some nice offers, so i was not trying to be negative with your company, quite the opposite.

And Bonusstreak, take a chill pill.

Please, let's try not to mix different topics in the same thread.

If there are any more questions about wizard, let's start a different thread to cover that topic. It just gets confusing too easily when multiple topics are mixed together in the same thread.

    Thanks,

That NOT true! The process was very meticulas and took alot of work and time on my behalf.

The only fiasco was the fact that Warren and Arjun did NOT report my findings and therefore causing the problem
    .

I contacted them after JC told me what they had done and I contacted Arjun on MSN, but was basically ignored until I went and posted at CAP that the audit findings were not right.

They NEVER bothered to verify what they posted as fact with me before posting the final results.

JUST TO BE CLEAR: My reporting was correct except for one deposit was missed, which was verified by Rome.

We will stick with Top Game. I appriciate giggles inquirey on Wizard as they did come out the same time. I am happy and look forward to working with elliot and Wizard. It was an honest question by giggles. Absolutly nothing wrong with that.

    No worries.

As far as Top Game goes and the CAP audits, I can say that I argued profusley with GamTrak and I can say that she was 100% honest in her audits. The problem was CAP released it before it was ready. That was another nightmare that was a disappointment for GamTrak and her hard and honest work.

However, the problems on the OP is of great concern. So I would like to get back to the probs with TopGame and would like to know that we are sending players to a reputable casino.

I need to apologize to Bonusstreak for jumping on her in this thread, which wasn't called for. I took her post the wrong way, and i am truely sorry for taking a nasty tone.

Please forgive me Chris for being an ass, and taking your words the wrong way.

This post is a bit worrying because I have been contacted by quite a number of Top Game casinos and have actually started promoting a few of them.
In fact maybe someone can throw some light on this - which is from Money Casino ( incomania )

    Hi Topboss,
Due to a technical problem with the slot Dioblo 13, all the members who played it during May got a compensation, relative to their gameplay.
Players who used their ND bonuses also got a certain share, and that's why you see a deposit of 6 cents.
    thanks,
    Terry

From where I was sitting (informed spectator and aff tester) the CAP audit malfunctioned because of a lack of communication. Various steps were assigned to different people and the process crept to the person who was to publish the results without being double checked and clarified.

Things like audits are extremely important, they can make or break someone's business unjustly if not absolutely correctly compiled.

That said, the complaints about software issues, as in slots that can never hit the jackpot, have to be fixed, and that has to be confirmed by players IMO.
