Default UIGEA Regulations

The Poker Player's Alliance sent email to its members today to let them know that, according to a Dow Jones Newswire item, UIGEA regulations have been finalized and forwarded along for approval to the appropriate department.

While the PPA email gives telephone numbers to use to voice concerns (Consumer Complaints, 888-851-1920 or Public Affairs, 202-452-2955), they neglected to provide an online method.

Here is a link to the Federal Reserve Board's Contact Us page. Instructions for using the form to voice your concerns over these regulations, as well as a template for providing your feedback, is provided in my blog entry titled US Gamblers: STOP the Bush Administration r.e. the UIGEA.

Cheers!

And you'd think Paulson and Bernanke have more important things to worry about... The public money they are throwing around dwarfs online gambling.
