    Default Unable to Login to Ladbrokes

    Since 3 days ago I've been unable to login to my Ladbrokes Partners account. The password is coming up as invalid and a reset still blocks it.
    Is anyone else having problems? I'm getting no response from my account manager, but they're probably on holiday.

    Probably they've suspended your account. As every UK bookie these days Ladbrokes are clearing their house too.

    My account was suspended 1-2 months ago and this is exactly what I get:

    Login failed: bad password/user not Activated

    The account itself is not deleted yet so the forgotten password option is formally "working" although useless...

    Are Ladbrokes still on holiday? No answers to email, Skype ignored and no answer on their phone!

    Hi Scampi,

    How are you?

    They're probably still on holidays as a couple of my Affiliate Managers only came back to work just last night.

    They should definitely be back this week at the latest though. So don't worry about a thing

    Usually I'd agree but, this is Ladbrokes/Coral we're talking about here. The same place who has zero respect for contractual affiliate agreements. If they did, they wouldn't have terminated aff accounts, and stolen future commissions from affiliates.

    This btw is the same Ladbrokes who terminated all USA aff accounts, and stole both their players and future earnings. Why anyone still trusts these crooked bastards is beyond me. On the Dodgy Scale, Ladbrokes ranks worse than Buffalo, and that's pretty low!

    I suspect like everyone else they suspended your account. They did the same thing to us and when we eventually got hold of someone (after trying about 5 people and spamming their inboxes) we were told if we want to work with them we have to start from scratch and the old accounts are no longer valid!
    Great news after a 7 year relationship with them.

    Perhaps you remove them from your sites and continue to try to get hold of someone about your earnings? If you PM or email me I can provide you all the contacts I have.

    I'm onto my account manager now, who says that the account was closed 'because I didn't sign an agreement'.

    I signed the only one that was sent to me, which I'm being told was for Coral, nothing was sent for Ladbrokes.

    Just an update on this. It took about 3 weeks to negotiate a deal, then they put my Coral account with the same account manager as Ladbrokes, they then locked my Ladbrokes account without any notification at all. I finally got hold of my account manager and he said he no longer works for Ladbrokes!
    So he took on my Coral account knowing that he was leaving the company! And no one from Ladbrokes can be bothered to even talk!

    I'm onto my account manager now
    Could you send me the contact details you have? I have Elsy but she ignores me :/
