Unethical affiliates question

I have an affiliate that is really starting to get on my nerves. He's been giving out my freeroll passwords every week for a while now. There hasn't been any problem with Poker Time passwords but he does promote it.

The site in question is xxhttp://freerolls.forumotion.com "what do you know, a free site" and I have his aff tag if you need it.

Anyway, please let me know if there is anything you can do to resolve this matter. His entire site is based on giving out other affiliates passwords, nothing else.
