    Unfair, that I lost my Revenue and Euro Partners don't want to give it back!

    Hi!

    Want to tell about one problem, what I can't solve with my affiliate manager - I contacted with one of my players, who in June win ~2000 Eur ($2,775.41) and my revenue plan is based on percents from Net gaming. I lost 50% from that wining because she make withdraw. Ok, but thats no all - That player told me that she don't get that money, because she winned it in "Roulette pro" game, that is one of that games where can win only bonus (all we know that bonus can't withdraw) not the money to make withdraw! Ok, she maked that $2,775.41 (bonus) withdraw, and I lost 50% from that withdraw, ofcourse she don't get that money because it is bonus and casino take it back from her and leave her only 50 Eur I guess, that is money what she deposited since she win that bonus! And conclusion is that only I am loser, I lose my earned money! Casino lose nothing, Player lose nothing, I lost 1000 Eur from my revenue that I earned! But I am lucky that I can contacted with that player and know what happen, but I have a lot of more withdraws and I don't know if that money realy player get, maybe that is bonus too and casino take it back anyway!!! Thats not fair only for me, but for all affiliates, maybe it happened not only with me!

    All I want, is get back my revenue, and if some other withdraws is only bonuses then get back every that losed revenue... My username: ymoney

    Don't worry nauris, it is quite common for individuals to come here and English is not their first language and you presented the case well.

    I too would like to hear from Euro Partners reguarding this.

    Maybe GPWA ownership can have a discussion with Europartners again. It appears there has been an increase in these types of threads of non payment issues and various other troubling issues with Europartners.

    I know Marc tried his best with this very troubled company while he was there but since he is now gone I fear affiliates will be left out to hang to dry without any hope like previous years.

    Hi Nauris,

    I am looking into this issue for you. Something seems a bit strange here and I have spoken to your affiliate manager to try and get a better understanding. I want to investigate this issue as thoroughly as possible. Can you possibly PM me more details about the player so that I can get all the right people involved and resolving this?

    My affiliate manager said that issue is solved and I will get my revenue back at end of the month, ok.

    But that is only for that one 2000 Eur withdraw...

    But I think this issue not fully solved, my traffic is to roulette games, and I want ask to Robin, can you please check if all other withdraws bigger than $150 from 1th May till Today players realy received? Or I will need to get contacts to my players and ask that... because there are some big withdraws like $1,391.62 , $646.27 , $640.39 etc. and I want to know if there everything is fine.

    Hi Nauris,

    I am happy to hear that your account has been corrected. Sometimes since this type of win results in a lot of manual changes in your player's account and in your account it can take a bit of time to show. I am having our analytics team go through your account and make sure this has not happened in the past. It might take a few days but either I or your affiliate manager will be in touch as soon as we get the results.

    Ok! Thanks for info, hope I will get results in this month, because I am almost sure that this has been happened in the past. If results will show that all players has received withdraws then I will check it myself, anyway thanks for your help and understanding!

    I will keep updating this thread untill issue will be fully solved!

    10 days is gone and I still don't get any new information from EP, what there can be so hard to do? You have all information, just check it? Wanna see results in this month!
    I think if you'll be fair to affiliates than you will earn more money, if not only lost your affiliates! Almost all my players play roulette, and I don't know why they can withdraw money, that is bonus what they win. And I almost sure that they don't get their withdraws, that's why I wanna see results as fast as possible!

    i Nauris,

    I am sorry that no one has been in touch. I thought you were contacted by your affiliate manager. The amount has been adjusted in your account. With these types of withdrawls they have to be performed manually and go through a review process and the adjustment can take between up to 30 days to reflect in your account. Roulette is one of the games that cannot be used to meet wagering requirements. You can refer to the Bonus Terms on any of our Casino sites to see the full explanation. I have asked for a report to be sent to you on the last few months. I will check on the status today.

    Thanks for your reply, these withdrawls is the reason why I can't get any payment, allways my revenue is below $250, I haven't received any payments still my first payment at 18th may, then I discovered that there is something wrong with withdrawls, so I want to solve this issue and in September want to receive my second payment!

    Sorry to see your having issues mate. Wish you allot of luck with these guys. IN some cases other affiliates have waited several months even more then a year to get things solved.

    Europartners is not a decent program who will solve issues quickly. Prepare to be really patient with them as they have several issues all the time to deal with.

    That's normal that in 10th sept. I still not received my May - August statement? I wanna see my payment details when remove all incorrect witdrawals and almost ALL withdrawals I think is incorrect, because players can't receive withdrawal if they play roulette!!!
