    Cosmic Casino:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Giovanni'
Giovanni: Hello !!! I'm Giovanni from Customer Support .
Giovanni: How can I help you?
Giovanni: If you are a new player today for your first deposit you will have a super bonus of 300% instead of 150%.
    Giovanni: Are you interested?
    Me: Hello Giovanni
Me: I have a serious matter
Me: I own a site, non gambling, and it has been hacked, it now promotes your casino on it, can you explain that to me please?
Me: when I do a search on google, it shows that there are indeed millions of sites hacked, all promoting your casino (among others)
Me: can you explain that to me please?
Giovanni: no..i am not hacker....i am support)
Me: that is good, i did not expect otherwise
Me: is there a manager i can speak to please?
    Giovanni: for the moment no
    Giovanni: after 10 AM
    Me: ok, now what?
Me: what is the manager's name please?
Giovanni: you also can write an email
    Giovanni: support@cosmikcasino.com
Me: what if I told you I've sent many?
Me: And never got a responds?
    Me: emails just don't work
    Me: Ok..
Giovanni: return in this case after 10
Me: Just to let you know, our conversation will be published publicly on a forum that deals with this problem..
Giovanni: and ask one of english managers
Me: Is there a way you can tell them?
Me: send them over to: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html
Me: I have been working on this for several weeks to months now.. and so far, nothing
Me: your affiliate program managers refuse to do something, so i am hoping your casino will care
Me: but it seems you don't?
    Me: Are you still here?
    Me: Hello?
Me: Ok.. Nothing so. Thank you for your time

Me: Again, our conversation will be published in public. in the above thread. Thank you.

Jaana R.: Hi, my name is Jaana R. How may I help you?
    walter: Hello Jaana,
    Jaana R.: hi there
walter: my website is hacked, and it now promotes your casino on it. (among others)
Jaana R.: do you have an account with us ?
walter: can you please explain that??
Jaana R.: so you dont have an account with us ?
    walter: uhm no..
Jaana R.: and what do you mean your "website" ?
Jaana R.: do you mean pop-ups
walter: I am asking you why you hacked my website and promote your casino on it
    walter: no
walter: i mean, my site is hacked, it now promotes casinos
walter: something i do not do
walter: yet it is now on my site
Jaana R.: its on your own web pages ?
    walter: yes Jaana
walter: it causes a lot of stress
Jaana R.: im sorry, this is something we have not gotten a complaint about before. can you possibly take a screen shot and send to support@casino.com ?
walter: and, when i did a search on google i found there are millions of sites affected
walter: for your info: I have sent tens of emails
    walter: never got one response
Jaana R.: the thing is, our casino works with several third party companies who provide internet advertising services
walter: there are millions of sites affected by this
walter: i can tell you who does it.
Jaana R.: so im guessing that might have somethign to do with is
    walter: but no one cares
Jaana R.: are you saying you already have sent an email to support@casino.com ?
walter: is there a manager i can speak to please?
    walter: yes
walter: there have been many emails
Jaana R.: with the screen shot ? are you sure you have sent to our casino ?
    walter: phone calls too
Jaana R.: and now its a night time here
    walter: here too
    walter: do you have internet?
walter: as in access to internet
Jaana R.: so relevant department is not available unfortunately, and this needs to be escalated further
    walter: ok, that sounds good.
Jaana R.: so thats why im asking for an email
walter: ok, can you please ask management to email me on this then?
walter: let me give you an example
Jaana R.: basically if you now can take a screen shot of it, and write short expalantion about the situation and send via email to support@casino.com, i will escalate it
    walter: navarronoticias. com/?p=online-casino-slots
walter: navarronoticias. com has NOTHING to do with casinos
Jaana R.: and make a note that you want us to get back to you on this
walter: Ok, please be advised, that our conversation will be posted on a forum that deals with this matter publicly.
walter: I know you are not the hacker, however, your casino is part of it, BECAUSE of this hacker
walter: and, I've spent weeks / months day and night working on this to get rid of him
walter: I've tried the affiliate program, I've tried your support@
Jaana R.: as you wish, but again i would advise you to send an email with the screen shot so i can escalate it and it can be looked at firther
    walter: so far = nothing
walter: ok, I will try that 'again'
walter: why not ask them to email me?
Jaana R.: thank you . i will add a note that its important and has been going for a while
    walter: ************************ is my email
Jaana R.: and i will add a note that you want us to get back to you via email
    Jaana R.: ok?
    walter: for a loooong while
walter: ok, please also take note of this: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html
walter: this is where the thread is I've made
walter: I am doing this to protect our industry, I am a casino affiliate myself.
walter: I know, it is not the casino.com itself that does this
walter: it is one of your affiliates
walter: and he has to be stopped
    Jaana R.: i understand
Jaana R.: i will do what i can
walter: If you prefer, I will not post this conversation as of yet..
walter: I will wait for an email
Jaana R.: can you include a screen shot ?
walter: please ask them to send it to me within 2 days
    Jaana R.: and short explanation
Jaana R.: answering to email takes 24 hours max
walter: http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html will tell them all
walter: it even shows the hacker's site
walter: verifiedcasinos. com - this is the site from the hacker. however, he has hacked millions of NON gambling sites and promotes your casino.com brand among others on those hacked sites
walter: From your reaction, I read that you care.
Jaana R.: what do you mean sorry ?
walter: I mean, you said immediately that it needs to be escalated
    walter: that means, you care
Jaana R.: again, i will do what i can so this will be escalated correctly
Jaana R.: then we will get back to you via email (max 24 hours)
walter: great Jaana, that is what I am trying to accomplish. I've worked day and night for months on this now, to try and clean our industry from this type of hacking
walter: can you please tell me what email you have, so that i know you have the correct one?
Jaana R.: i understand , so please send an email with the screen shot and short explanation to support@casino.com
Jaana R.: and we will get back to you to the same email address you use to send an email to us
walter: uhm no, I am requesting to be mailed.. please
walter: What are you going to do now then?
Jaana R.: as soon as we will get your email, we will escalate it so the issue will be looked at further
Jaana R.: so waiting for your email
Jaana R.: again, takes max 24 hours to answer the emails
Jaana R.: usually faster , this is maximum time
walter: ok, i will try it again..
    Jaana R.: thank yo u
    Jaana R.: *you
walter: I will however now post our conversation on said gambling forum, publicly
walter: Thank you for your time.
walter: Have a nice evening Jaana.
    Jaana R.: you too
Jaana R.: will be waiting for your email
    Jaana R.: bye now !
    walter: bye

    -------------------------------------

    Update:

Since Jaana seemed to care, I've yet again sent casino dot com an email. Asking to review this thread and to get back to me ASAP.

    AniA
Hi there, welcome to Casino Live support. How may I assist you?
    walter
    Hello AniA
    AniA
    Hi Walter
    walter
I own a non gambling website, but my site is hacked, and it now promotes your casino on it. Can you explain that please?
    AniA
Unfortunately I can't explain that. What do you mean promotes? Can you explain more so I can ask relevant people to investigate
    walter
yes.. can i give you an example please?
    walter
yes.. can i give you an example please?
    walter
here is a site: non gambling
    walter
    http:// jkevigroup. com/
    walter
however, if you look at http:// jkevigroup. com/beta/?p=usa-online-casinos
    walter
you see, that this page now promotes casinos... and, this is the hacked part. an affiliate of yours does this
    walter
there are millions of sites affected, all of which are now promoting your brand (among others) on it
    walter
i have reported this to your affiliate program, but so far, they seem NOT to care
    walter
here is ALL the information pertaining to said hacker http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html
    walter
I have been working months now, day and night to try and stop him.
    AniA
    Wow, I didn't know this
    AniA
    Walter, I completely understand you.
    AniA
    This is not good
    walter
I have however sent many emails to your aff program, called them, but no one answered
    AniA
I will talk to my managers about this
    walter
    please do
    walter
For your information, I will make note of our conversation on the public forum http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html
    AniA
But Walter I can't see our Casino in the list
    AniA
let me have a look carefully
    walter
That is because the hacker (by the name of Steve) is using geo targeting
    walter
    try this one http:// co.aiesec. org/eannews/?p=online-casino
    AniA
    Uuuf!
    walter
    bingo
    AniA
Ours is Palace Group, not Bingo
    walter
    there are millions of sites
    walter
    i know..
    walter
    spinpalace, right?
    AniA
    yes, Spin Palace
    walter
correct. all over his hacked sites
    walter
    please trust me on this
    walter
On the hacked sites: Spin Palace 200% up to /$/ 3000

    Daily Promotions, VIP & More!
    AniA
By the way I had some issue like this with my own private website as well
    walter
the affiliate's name who does this his name is Steve
    walter
    is it on wordpress?
    AniA
    mine?
    walter
    your site i mean
    AniA
    yes
    walter
    haha
    walter
    bingo again!!
    walter
    as in - spot on!!
    AniA
But you know what I did?
    walter
    what did you do?
    AniA
I went to regedit file and cleared all suspicious things from there
    walter
if you could tell those millions of others to do the same...
    walter
    regedit.. really
    walter
that is for your local registry edit
    walter
that has nothing to do with a site..
    AniA
it could crash the computer but I was so desperate
    walter
    so are millions of others
    AniA
but it helped, maybe mine was not so infected
    walter
and, as I am a casino affiliate myself, I am desperate
    AniA
    I had some other casinos
    walter
this person is a professional hacker.
    walter
if you can, please read the thread, and send your management over.
    AniA
Of course, will do right away
    walter
For your info: I will publish our conversation in that forum publicly, because frankly, it has taken way too long for your affiliate program to do anything
    walter
It is not personal, I know you care.. I care too
    walter
I've spent hundreds of hours blood sweat and tears over this
    AniA
We don't mind. we will try to be as helpful as possible Walter
    walter
and it has cost me an awful lot (time and money)
    walter
I know.. I am aware that it is NOT the casinos who do this
    walter
But it is time you as casino, are made aware of this.
    walter
Look at this for a moment
    walter
    https://www.google.com/search?q=p=online-casinos
    AniA
Certainly, thank you for the information. I will just copy this and send to my managers.
    walter
About 45,400,000 results (0.12 seconds) that is how big this is
    walter
ok, they can reach me personally on **************************
    walter
all sites you see on that google result, are hacked
    walter
not all have your brand on it, but many do
    AniA
    Wow!
    walter
and, since the hacker works with geo targeting, it might not all be visible to you, where you are
    walter
now you understand when i say: i worked months on this to expose him
    walter
every day till late at night, to clean our beloved industry
    walter
as said, i am an affiliate myself. It has to stop. Best way is to cut off his income.
    walter
I truly appreciate your time, and thank you for our conversation. Would you be so kind to ask your managers to contact me on the above email too? Just to confirm action is being taken.
    AniA
I really don't know what to say, as I understand you completely
    AniA
Many thanks for sharing this with us
    walter
    you are VERY welcome.
    walter
again, ****************** is my personal email..
    walter
    this http://www.gpwa.org/forum/urgent-all...of-219035.html
    walter
    is my thread i've started.
    AniA
    Great, thanks
    walter
Many affiliates are pretty angry with those programs (affiliate programs) who do not take action. I trust your casino to be ethical and that we'll soon see actions being taken. Thank you AniA!
    walter
Do you have problems with me posting our conversation on said forum? If so, I would be glad to refrain in doing so. Out of respect for your privacy
    walter
it is a casino affiliate forum
    walter
GPWA - Gambling Portal Webmasters Association
    AniA
No, Walter, I don't see any problem
    walter
Ok, thank you. This is an obvious token you care dearly
    walter
    Thank you.
    walter
It has been quite a rough ride for me personally
    walter
And, your reaction is what makes it worth it. Thank you again.
    AniA
Thank you for letting us know. I know it is not easy solving issue, but you are always welcome to follow up the case
    walter
If you would be so kind to ask management to initially email me on the above email address, just to confirm the receiving of my report, that would be fantastic
    walter
Mind you, I have contacted your affiliate program many times, by email and by phone. So far - Nada
    walter
    That is why I ask
    walter
I'd appreciate it a lot AniA
    walter
Thank you very much for your time and effort. I am only interested in keeping our beloved industry clean from such heinous criminals as that the hacker Steve is.
    AniA
    Yeah! that's tru
    AniA
    *true
    AniA
    Thank you again
    AniA
    and enjoy the day further

    Thumbs up

Ok, a look at my clock tells me it is (again) 4:35 in the morning. I'm dizzy.

If anyone feels like doing the same in contacting a few casinos directly, please be my guest. Let's not forget it is our industry. If enough of us do this, then the drums may sound louder to them.

    I'll continue tomorrow.

    Thanks,

    Walter

Thank you for your kind words. It means a lot. One step? If the hacker is wearing 10 mile boots, then yes, one step. This guy is WAY out of order and must be stopped.

Anyone who feels like contacting some of the casinos personally: Be my (honored) guest

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks. But I am afraid this is is no news, nor does it do anything. I realize you make this reply to the calling above to report it. In light of that: thank you!

Thing is no one does report it. Report it to who? And for what?

Let me give a definite report: he owns ALL keywords. ALL. So instead of reporting what we know, it would be nice to see someone stick his neck out just 1% of what I've done personally. So far have not seen any of you do anything. As a matter of fact no one does anything. Not even the gpwa. Michael urges me to continue. Would you like me to polish your shoes too? What did you do? If any, why not report it here or at least have the decency to reply to my Pm's I've sent. If a platinum sponsor mails you do you ignore them too???

I feel like I am pulling this whole sack of horseshit by myself and frankly I am only beginning to see the massive dangers that it brings and that I've put myself into. And for what? For me to be possibly eliminated out of my business, so that all of you simply continue on as if nothing happened.

Where is the (visible) proactive approach from all of you? Where is the proactive approach from the affiliate programs? I see it is more important to debate what TV program you watch or what fitness program you attend to in this gpwa forum, instead of taking a single moment to battle this.

I've literally risked everything I've worked for in the last 14 years for all of you. I ask again. For what? For a bunch who say ooooh and aaaah, but that is about it! I don't feel I see enough of you take action or even care.

I have literally seen my business go down the drain from making considerable amounts of money to now just barely making $600. Do me a favor, read that twice to understand the implications all of this has for me now.

And, all has stalled to a point that I am forced to pull out in order to save my own ass. Not just my gambling domains either. All of it has practically died quite instantly.

Cause of the hacker? Who knows... Thing is, my traffic has sunk faster than a rusty old submarine with no propulsion. At first I thought, can't be the hacker, since I was anonymous, however, I found out that all my personal details had been shared by one affiliate program who was so nice to rape my privacy an now it seems my WHOLE business too. $600 revenue, that is it. And frankly it won't pay for jackshit! My hosting costs more than that.

I can't do this on my own. I can't save this industry of thousands of affiliates if I have to do it on my own, with a bit of help from just a handful of noble people who say 'let's report it!' We are far beyond reporting. We need a hell of a lot more than just that. But,

    Where is everybody??

To be very honest: I wish I never ever have done what I did. I would be like all of you, still making some good cash, head stuck in the sand as far as the hacker goes and all other crap criminal behavior that seems to float around our industry, but I'd still be making a living.

Thanks to me wanting to clean our industry (which does not want to be cleaned I believe) I'm totally ******. Stupid me, why did I even bother??

I wonder if it will help, if I report it to google

im out. I need to save myself and my family. $600 is NOT going to do that. Who is going to feed them?

i wish I could BE more positive. But I've tried to save an industry which frankly does not care. Not about me, not about you, but cares about not giving a f*ck.

perhaps this is why no one did anything. Fear of losing your income. We'll, I've done that for all of you too. I am literally screwed as it is.

Good thing that the hacker was, is and will be protected.

This is has been my last. I have no more breath left. I am at the end.

One man against it all is an easy target to those who mean bad. If that man is joined by the many, he will be strong. Many did not care, so the one man loses all. That man happens to be me, the many I was hoping to support the case, never showed up. Nor do they care, or at most, say they report it.

I wish you you all the best. And personally, for me, I wish for a miracle to happen or I will lose my business (what's left from it) with all consequences that it will bring.

Unfortunately I've been pulled away by several other issues I've had to deal with in the last couple of weeks so I've not kept on top of this issue like I'd hoped to. My time is likely to be stretched for the foreseeable future as I deal with a shift in the market that's about to occur. Could some kind individual provide a shortened version of what's going on? Specifically I would like to know what programs have been contacted and which programs have offered a response?

    I remember that William Hill were one of the casinos that failed to respond to my email and this came through yesterday;

It would seem to me that contacting the UKGC may be an avenue of pursuit for any UK licensed casino who fails to take action against this affiliate.

I'll search this in a few minutes and if the crap results show up, I'll submit a report to Google.

Again, this is not the lone bullet that is going to take this clown out, but it is one part of the army.

In fact, there is no lone bullet. There is not one "affiliate program", not one "hosting", not even one single set of authorities to report the clown to.

I do agree that what he is doing is straight up criminal. I also agree that any affiliate program who becomes knowledgeable in what he is doing and chooses to leave him be is an accomplice or accessory at minimum.

But, I also agree that in addition to reporting him to the authorities, as a group - we can call or email businesses who are impacted, we can continue to pressure affiliate programs, and we can push the "submit report" button in Google when crap results show him in it. I'm not going to give him the power that he has "all the keywords", as he has exactly none of mine (not that this is a challenge), but when I do searches and I see his work, I report it to Google.

If businesses come to understand what has happened to their website, they too can get in on the act in terms of legally going after this guy.

I also LOVE the idea of reporting to the UKGC. This, at the very least, would put SOME pressure on the affiliate programs, as they'd have to weigh their income from a criminal vs the revenue potential on UK Traffic IF UKGC would frown on them and take action or not approve their licence based on association.

    Hi all,

Apologies for not responding earlier, for some reason I stopped getting alerts on posts on GPWA, will fix that now.

We will be in touch with this specific affiliate to find out more details.

If we find that this affiliate (or any other affiliate for that matter) has infringed any of the clauses mentioned under "Terms and Termination" on our T&Cs, we will terminate our agreement.

    Thanks,

3.10.1.10 Do any activity that in the Operator’s reasonable opinion would be deemed unsuitable, Fraudulent, erroneous, misrepresentative or inappropriate.

3.10.1.11 In the event that the Affiliate is found to be in breach of the above, the Operator reserves the right to suspend the Affiliate’s account and will hold payment of all monies due to the Affiliate until it is satisfied that the matter is resolved and that the Affiliate is no longer in breach of any of the above. If the Operator cannot satisfy itself within a reasonable time that the matter has been resolved, it reserves the right to treat all payments or amounts due to the Affiliate as forfeited and to provide notice of immediate termination to the Affiliate.

7.1.1This Agreement will come into force when the Affiliate’s application to join the AUAP is approved by the Operator, and shall continue in force unless and until either the Affiliate or the Operator notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate this Agreement, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately.

    Hello Nadav,

Although I might come across 'negative', I am really happy that finally we see you here. (Sadly enough, you are the first program to respond here. However I do want to thank you for doing so)

Please answer me this: What happened with my phone call in which I was GUARANTEED that my message would be sent to the right person? Isn't that you?

Was on the phone with your support agent Sophi whom I called several hours ago. She assured me that she would pass on my very important message regarding this thread.
I've sent emails (Not just me, others too) I've called several times.. And so on. To never even get a responds to them. That has nothing to do with not getting notifications from this forum, that is just downright awful performance. And, since you are 'head of affiliates' it is time you sort that out asap.

And, what about the idea to 'frequently visit this forum to see if all your affiliates are ok? Don't you do this? What is the point of being here then?

Quote Originally Posted by NHLinden View Post

Please read this thread. You'll know all then. I am getting the feeling you did not read a single word. Did you just go in after you heard from Anthony, found the last page, copy and pasted your reply you did in your own forum and considered it a job done?

So far, I worked on this day and night for months. With as a result that I've started to lose everything I ever worked for.. Including my privacy and god knows WHO has my details (including bank details) I've paid the biggest price here.

How come? One of your colleague 'affiliate programs' decided to share my personal details with the hacker. *(Steve from Costa rica)

That is why I might come across a little aggravated you know... I am screwed as it is. I can start ALL over again. 14 years of work down the drain. Because all of my domains have become a damn easy target for the hacker.

If you see / read one of my latest replies I've done, you see just how hard I've been hit. All because I wanted to clean our industry.

I understand you want / need to do an investigation. I can also say that he should have been banned already, since he does infringe on your TOS.

You say if.. If? Not if. Not even when. 'For how long' you should investigate. Although I can give you the answer on that too: WAY too long!
