i'd move all the link rel="stylesheet" at the very beginning of the code. while this wouldn't change the download speed, it should improve the rendering of the page, giving the user a better feeling about the speed

however, you should check appearance -> editor -> header.php
it's possible that some of the css are inserted by some plugin though...

the best solution would have to have a single css included at the beginning.
however, if it's going to be a hard task, don't worry: the site is running pretty fast anyway
