US players show as value = none?

What is with the reporting of US players at RA with zero values in the turnover bands on the affiliate dashboard?

Every US player that pops up has the word "none" appearing under each game category.

I assume that their dollar values are being correctly fed into the system for revenue sharing ... but how can we be sure? Has this been verified by RA?

Also :
Is this a side effect of the ring-fencing of US players onto a new platform?
Will the totals ever report correctly again?

Should now be fixed

Basically that particular variable was still pointing to the old server. All of the commission is being calculated correctly.

If you see anything else strange like that please let me know... there is bound to be something when we have to change stuff, but so far it seems to have gone through seamlessly.

I notice that the new data seems to reflect their new totals under the new system - (since 26th May) I hope that you've retained their old data somewhere when looking at their totals for VIP retention?

Some of these guys/gals seemed to be pretty big spenders to me ...

I love it when people alert me to these things, because sometimes it just takes a few sets of eyes to see an issue..

I have the same issue when I'm coding sometimes.. I can't see why something isn't working, and as soon as someone else looks at the code, they either spot it for me or I see the error as soon as the other person looks for it

All of the old totals are safe and secure and are being looked at and taken care of so nothing to worry about there..
