UTF-8 in url. Good or Bad!?

What do you think of having UTF-8 in the url?

I have noticed that Facebook us that. Exampel: http://www.facebook.com/pages/%E6%89...90440944301387

When you look @ it in the browser it apears whit Chinese caracters.

Joomla 1.7 suport it and i thinking of start using it.

What do you think?

I'm not entirely sold on the idea of using UTF in the url.
I was recently in Morocco, where english is number 3 or 4 down the list.

And I saw url's in english format.
