    Default Vista Gaming: payment issue (RESOLVED)

    Regrettably we have to report 2 missing payment (July and August) for a deal which have regularly received exposure and new customers.
    Our emails keep getting ignored.
    We do not believe they are serious about business as they do not honour their deals.
    Will keep posted.

    I do get replies from them, although my affiliate manager sent a notice that he will be leaving (left few days ago).

    Dear Fabiola,
    Thank you for taking time to answer us.
    There is an invoice issued July 7th, so it's due past 3 months.
    There is a second invoice, dated august 2nd, due past 2 months.
    When invoices have been chased, we received inconclusive answers and your last reply was dated August 31st.
    Sebastien on September 18th said payments were on the way.
    In the very same email, he informed us he did not want to proceed with this deal past August, so you were also granted 18 days worth of free traffic as you are not going to pay anything for September.
    From this day on, no more answers and obviously, still no payments.
    We are sure there must be reasonable explanation for this, and we look forward to have this matter resolved in a few days.

    Update as now:

    Regrettably we have to recommend not to deal with them. We are facing now some email replies but still we have 1 invoice outstanding (so 1 was paid and the other not).

    Worst part is that there has been always something preventing Fabiola to honor this business, sometimes she was traveling, then she was at a conference and afterwards she got married.

    Last email said payment was sent on Dec 13th, today is Dec 29th and no payment has hit our bank account.

    Now, is this serious? 4 months of chasing an invoice?

    In 10 years of business we have never seen anything like that.

    We just started working with them in November and haven't had any trouble so far, but I just want to be sure that they resolve issues before we continue to work with them.

    Dear Claire,

    we did not resolve our problem yet.

    This is where we got so far:

    To whom it may concern

    I am sending this email to notify you of the outstanding debt of our invoice number 114 dated August 2nd 2017.

    As for previous email communications, we explained several times there is 2 invoices involved in this matter and only one so far has been paid, our invoice 110 dated July 7th 2017.

    Here in this email you will find both attached.

    We believe it’s time to stop dragging this up and issue the final payment for which we would gladly consider the matter resolved.

    We expect this payment for invoice 114 to hit our bank account by Tuesday, Jan 30th.

    We notify you that if the Vistagaming refuses to pay these charges or continues to delay this payment, we are forced to engage a reputable debt collection company or solicitor to recover the balance.

    Under the revised late payment legislation our “reasonable costs” incurred in debt collection can also be added to the balance owed, along with the statutory costs and interest.


    Looking forward to resolve this matter promptly.
