First, I'd like to thank everyone for helping me out in my avatar search. The original avatars thread was a great deal of fun. I enjoyed reading it on a regular basis. And your choices for my avatar were excellent. So please, vote away. I need a new avatar!! And my fate is now in your hands.

I enjoyed looking for an avatar for you vin. I thought really hard about your unique personality. Thank you for giving us the opportunity. I really enjoy that kind of thing!

But! I didn't know I'd have to pick too! LOL finding them is easy, choosing is the hard part.

Us girls take forever to decide..I'll have to think about it.

It was a tough one! Probably the hardest pole I've had to vote on by far. Too bad I don't know you personally, otherwise it would have been easier..

On one hand I wanted to pick something funny I'd like to see as an avatar. An avatar that would make me smile when I saw it.

THEN.. I was getting devilish thinking about picking an avatar that's really weird, and people would think you were a freak .. lol

Now that, would be funny..

Well it was a hard decision..not sure if you're worthy to be a jedi, or if you're the world's best dad, but you seem to keep up on the news, so I voted for the reporter.

Here's the backstory on this avatar:

The Newsman is the weary, bespectacled Muppet News Flash anchor on The Muppet Show, debuting in the second episode. The Newsman always tried to deliver the news with accuracy, but was visibly flummoxed on camera by the day's latest bizarre story or interview. From the second season onward, he suffered from a nasty streak of bad luck that usually culminated in some person or object - somehow related to the day's story - falling on his head. For example, a plea to return missing library books results in a pile of books falling on the Newsman from seemingly out of nowhere, and a stock market report that beef is falling causes a cow to plummet upon his person.
One would think the solution would be to give up the news after so many mishaps, but due to either dedication to his craft or a limited sense of self-preservation, the Newsman keeps plugging along.

That would be so cool! But unlike news man, I wouldn't be flummoxed. I'd pick them up head straight to the casino to cash them in.
