Wager Profits Update - Affiliate Payments

Summary of Changes: This terms update is in regards to affiliate payments made which were inaccurate. It also relates to forbidden territory players. Note that Wager Profits will adjust affiliate earnings 'after the fact' if a mistake was made within their system.

Guard Dog's Reflections on the Impact for Affiliates: After the fact adjustments are ok so long as the affiliate program accuractely reports to the affiliate why their commissions have been adjusted. Commission adjustments without reports are not going to be acceptable.

5. Wagerprofits can and will correct future earnings or hold back unpaid earnings if past affiliate payments have been made incorrectly, including but not limited to wrongful payments made historically in good faith. 6. All commissions generated from players from the forbidden territories as stated on all websites will not be paid.
