since then they've made 4 deposits totaling $4,499.95.
All the stats read zero except for the deposit amounts.
I can't seem to get an answer as to what the deal is.

they finally looked at it the other day. apparently the data for the game he was playing wasn't getting ported over from the betfred backend to the IA side.

I wonder how many other Income Access-powered programs are receiving data from only "some" of the games at their clients' casinos?
Alternately, I wonder how many other games at Betfred were affected by this glitch?
How many affiliates lost money because of this? Will Betfred and/or Income Access investigate?

I dont understand why there seems to be such a manual movement of data in regards to IA . All sorts of things can go wrong and as in this case has gone wrong.
I prefer to stick to programs where everything is updated real time and even though they might be smaller brands they tend to make me more money than these big name brands, oh and treat me a whole lot better.

We've been investigating this Games issue with help from Income Access for a couple of weeks now, looking at what happened, why it happened and just how many people may have been affected.
Our IT guys have come up with a fix that they'll be testing later tonight or possibly tomorrow. Once we have confirmation that the data issue is resolved moving forward we'll be running the 'new' calculation for the previously identified period so that no one need be concerned that they've missed out on revenue by means of either cock-up or conspiracy.
When we have figures for any missing revenues we'll be communicating both privately and also publicly here on the matter, according to what is most appropriate.

The stats I see show deposits from this player #2365309 totaling $5,258.37 for November through the end of December 2011. I'm not sure where they got CAD$3635 for Nov-Dec. And noting so far $1978.05 for Jan 2012. It would great to have this double checked.
Wouldn't mind having that player (2251895) from last sept double checked either. Hard to believe after dropping $71K they came out ahead.

Betfred have mailed the Playtech reps to get a better understanding of the deposit data that is displaying in the Betfred backend and how that relates to the deposit data displaying in the Income Access affiliate backend, and they will get back to you as soon as they get an answer.

You know i've had the same problems when it comes to stats not adding up, my organisation was gonna file a PAA but i think theres more to this, after further evaluating the situation i dont think BetFreds at fault here i just cant see a conspiacy in relation to BetFred. Why would they risk their reputation?
No doubt theres an issue but
What i do think however is that its possible they've been hacked and the stats are being manipulated by a third party, i nore my organisation wont be taking any further action towards BetFred as i believe its not their fault.
But just to be on the safe side i'd advise you have your tech team investigate the ip's that are accessing the systems back end and it could be a possiblity.
Until then i just cant promote BetFred anymore but not out of spitefulness its just that i truely believe theres an issue gone unidentified.

Anthony has now left Betfred. I've been talking to Katrina and I too have had to query unusual player stats/activity (high deposits, low relative revenue). Without having more access to Betfred's stats, I'm having to trust what they're telling/showing me. But I do echo what Chris said, "Why would they risk their reputation?"

We also have a low net revenue ratio when divided by total deposits at BetFred ... our ratio in gross revenue at around 16-20% of total deposits on average.
I do NOT think that it's hacked stats, because the stats show consistent trends across days, and across customers.
However, I do wonder if the high deposits are something to do with the "one-wallet" system that Betfred uses, and that it is incorrectly counting transfers between products (Games, Poker, Casino and Sports) as a "deposit".
My reasoning behind this is that when I look at my customer reporting on a monthly or daily basis, if a customer has only played at ONE of the products then I will often see profits that match deposits. However if a player plays Poker, and Bingo, and Casino, and Sports (or any combination) during that period then I will see high "deposit values" and will almost NEVER see profits matching that same scale.
Unfortunately, getting to talk with someone who actually knows anything about the reporting UNDER the interfaces is near impossible though.
