Anthony I know you've been busy with the hacker incident but how long does a Silver Sponsor get to reply to a post? Rick stated on Oct. 6th to please let him check on this as he was unaware of this situation. 11 days isn't long enough?

    The TLDR version:

In July, the player deposits $26 at Grand Macao Casino, gets a bonus and wins around $6500 after completing the wagering requirements. When she withdraws, the withdrawal is rejected and the casino tells her it will take up to 90 business days to verify her identity documents, which is ludicrous. She is then later contacted by a support rep who says there was "suspicious activity" on her account so instead they are offering to pay her only $500 and top up her balance in the casino to play again. The player quite rightly refuses the offer and asks to be paid. She has still not been paid and the casino refuses to respond to her and our emails about it.
I am watching for a response as well. There are now two with the same MO.

Not to hijack this thread, but in addition to this thread, I'm interested in how this issue with AffActive was resolved?

I've been through this thread a few times over and I cannot conclude how exactly the issue was resolved.

I very much look forward to some insight on that thread, as well as some attention on this current issue with AffActive as well.

    Hi guys,

I was out of the office and couldn't do a follow up on the forum issues. I'm back and hopefully will reply to you soon in regards to the player issue.

Not sure how the ROME issue is related to this, but it was solved amicably between the parts, including a public apology from ROME to our group.

Ill get back to you as soon as I get all the information in regards to the player's case.

    Best regards,

    Best regards,
The Rome - AffActive issue was not related to this thread (as evidenced by my "not to hijack, but..." comment). However, when an extended period of time goes between when a member posts a problem and a sponsor affiliate program representative chooses to take the liberty of responding, it causes some people to look for other claims, complaints, issues, and the like. That particular issue I asked about seemingly fizzled out without any type of resolution, so I decided I'd ask about it. Speaking of, where is this public apology located? I was unable to locate such a thing. I also look forward to seeing the player issue addressed.

    Cheers

    Thanks Shay!

    missed that one.

In regards to the player's issue, I'm waiting on our fraud department for a final response. Not trying to neglect this issue, I'm on it and will update this thread as soon as I get their reply.

    Bests!

I just want to add my two cents because I have worked with Clara and all has been good. If people go to askgamblers and see all of the disputes and complaints for all the casino reviews you will see a lot more than just affactive, in fact I just saw a 23K dispute resolved for golden cherry. Why not complain about all casino reviews? My two cents.

Interesting things happening behind the scenes here. No response from these guys of course.

But an unusual number of fresh new links from heavily comment spammed domains have started pointing to our site, AskGamblers, and a few others that publish truthful feedback about these casinos, all with link anchor text like "grandparker payments", "grandparker scam", "grandparker fraud" etc.

Its an amateurish and unsophisticated attempted negative SEO attack. I'll leave it up to you folks here to draw your own conclusions.

    Hi Muppet,

Im really sorry to hear whats happening to your site. We don't represent those casinos so sadly I cant help you on this. Get in touch with Matt from Revenue Jet or Nick, probably they can assist you.

    Bests!

GrandParker is blacklisted on the askgamblers as all rev jet sites are. I have heard that there is a connection between rev jet and affactive but nothing has be confirmed. Is there a connection between rev jet and affactive?

I have been told that they ultimately have the same ownership. They have an identical affiliate back-end, same payment policies, and we've been receiving very similar complaints of delayed and no payment, 60-90 day delays for "random security checks" etc over the past few weeks and months.

Also if anyone else targeted by this scummy attack wants a list of domains to disavow just send me a PM and I'll forward it over.

For anyone else who wants to look into this themselves, the links look to have all been posted on October 21 so they are gradually showing up in link checking tools and search engines. You can use the search terms below to find some of them in Google if you set the search timeframe to within the last week.

    "grandparker payments"
    "grandparker fraud"
    "grandparker scam"
"grandparker complains" (yes they can't spell complaints correctly)

So far I have seen them linking to Casino Listings, Ask Gamblers, Casinomeister, Rip Off Report and a few other sites, specifically to pages with complaints about Grand Parker casino. Again, feel free to get in touch if you are affected and we can compare disavow lists.

    Hi guys,

Our companies are not related and I will kindly ask you to not bring any other issues related to other companies to our section. First, because is not related to Affactive and second because I'm unable to help you.

If you take a look at the original post, there's an issue pending that needs to be solved.

Lets try to stick to the subject of this post. Bringing additional issues, rumors or non related issues is not going to help getting this case solved, neither is going to help me assisting you.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

If we "stuck to the subject" we would have nothing to talk about since you and your colleagues go weeks between responses and have made it abundantly clear that you could not care less about this player, or the others that have complained to us that are also being screwing over.

This is a simple case of a player that won IN JULY (it is now the end of October, more than 3 MONTHS LATER) who still has not been paid, not even on one of your crappy $500 a month instalment plans. There was no "strange activity" BS, there is no fraud. The player's account is still open. But since you asked, lets stick to the subject and do a little recap of the facts:

    1. Player deposited $26 in July.
    2. Player won $6500 and met all wagering requirements.
    3. Player withdrew and was denied and told that her account was being checked, a process which could take up to 90 business days. (Actions of a rogue casino right there)
    4. Player is approached by a crooked staff member who attempted to bribe her into accepting $500 to reverse her withdrawal. (Rogue yet again)
    5. We email you a couple of times and are told to basically talk to the hand, its all up to finance, no care, no responsibility.
    6. We post here and may as well be shouting into an empty room with you and Rick doing your best to respond occasionally without actually doing or saying anything of any help. We're all still waiting to hear what Rick has to say seeing as he was looking into it urgently 3 weeks ago on October 6.
    7. 3 months later and you're still talking about solving the issue without lifting a finger to do anything.

Is that on topic enough for you?

Anyone else reading this here who cares about where they refer players would have to have rocks in their head to either start or continue working with your program, or Revenue Jet who have gone down an almost identical path at an identical point in time. That is the point of me posting here. Not to hear excuses, deflection, or empty promises that you're looking into it. Frankly if I was you, I would be too embarrassed to post here.

Once again I urge the GPWA to boot this crooked program from your list of endorsed sponsors.
