I have never had any issue cashing out at Carbon. Considering our commissions are paid directly into our player accounts, I would think that if this was an ongoing problem, the forums would be full of complaints.

I know that US affiliates and players have had some issues in the past due to eWallets dropping the American market, etc... but other than that, I have not seen any affiliates or players complaining.

Have you tried contacting your AM or customer service?

yes - I have problems with Carbon Poker.

THey still have not paid February's Affiliate Payment Bank Wires and come up with all sorts of weak reasons why there is a delay.

They have offered to pay by "player account" but I do not want to mix up personal playing with professional fees being paid.

I see that they still have enough money to send their affiliate mangers to Prague ... so it's not a cashflow thing ...

.. just a complete lack of professional ability to payout business monies due to affiliates.

Ahhh yes!! I do remember seeing a thread at PAL about wires being delayed for incredibly long times. I thought that was cleared up in the last month or two though.... guess not.

I too, had mega-delays, here in the U.S. The bottom line was that they were having problems with their payment processor(s). I got weak responses from their generic support Email team during this time, and it dragged out for about 3 months (I had requested a check). Finally, I hooked up with Atil (AM) via PAL, and within a very short period of time, he gave me an expected timeframe for receipt, and voila, my check arrived. He seems to be very on top of things over there, so I would suggest contacting him at:

I have been waiting over 96 hours for a cash out to QuickTender from PokerNordica (Same processors). The benchmark had been 48 hrs max. Not a good thing to have payments delayed. Sent mail to management, awaiting response.

Had a brief live chat session with them. Response below:

    Bruce: Hi Alex
    Alex Parkinson: Hi
Bruce: I submitted a pay out on Tuesday 08:00 EST and have not received it as of this morning, Usually it takes <48 hours. Any reason for delay?
Alex Parkinson: Normal timeframe is 24 to 72 to process and 24 to show up in your account, but I have to inform you that we do have a delay on these withdrawals are taking between 12 to 15 business days to complete.
12-15 days is ridiculous. I had a cash out in less than 8 hours from Intertops earlier this week. Not apples to apples but regardless you would think with all the new player liquidity that Merge is touting, the 100k freeroll, the 150k rake race they could afford to get cash into players hands faster.

    Thumbs down

I'm not even talking about affiliate payment. I have made a deposit and I won. Today is the 7th day since a have made a withdraw/via moneybookers/ and I still have not received my money. "Pending Approval" - What the hell is that?!? I have over 3000 members and I will put Carbon Poker on my black list. I advise you to do the same. This is ridiculous. 7 days are not enough to pay $100 ???? What if I have won $20 000???? Should I wait 20 years to get payed ???? I DON'T THINK SO CARBON POKER.

    Hi All,

I'm sorry for the delay in processing payments over the past period, but if you have a player account withdrawal that is pending, I can expedite it right away. Please PM me your CarbonPoker username and I will get your pending withdrawal processed immediately.

Regarding affiliate wires, we ran into a few issues processing wire over the last few months (as you can imagine it can be tough for companies at times), but received confirmation that this will be resolved soon. In the mean time, if you are an affiliate who receives payments via wire, I can transfer the funds immediately into a player account, Neteller or Moneybookers account. Please PM or email your details and this can be transferred immediately.

Once again, I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused any of you and thank you for your patience.

Hi Atil, This processing issue is widespread, I have a PokerNordica cashout now pending past 120 hours. This is a QuickTender payout, not wire. I was informed by Merge CS that payouts are running 12-15 days! That is totally unacceptable.

I realize you work for Carbon but Nordica uses the same Merge processors.

81 days overdue and counting - for our affiliate business payment !!
    Pathetic.

Does Carbon Poker / Merge Gaming want to be taken seriously as a viable poker option or not?
