I'm claiming my affiliate earnings for ElDoradoPalace.com by email, support ticket, chat and phone but not response and no payment.

I have over US$ 300 in affiliate earnings with those people and I'm sending emails and support tickets since October 2011 without response.

Finally I can say it:

These people from El Dorado Palace are SCAMMERS!!!!!

I'm sending messages and Chat and emails to this people since October 2011. After my post at GPWA on January 12th I received an email from FRED LARRIS (I think he is the only one there) on January 16th asking about my issue.

Fred asked me on January 17th if I had a Moneybookers account because they have problems paying through Neteller. I sent my Moneybookers account number and email on same day.

I contacted Fred on January 24 to inquire about my case.

Here is the Fred's answer on January 24:

We apologize for the delay in proceeding your withdrawal.

It is now pending and will be approved soon this week.

As soon as it is approved you will be notified immediately.

Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

I contacted Fred on Feb 8, Feb 27, Mar 5, Mar 24 and his last answer was on March 6 as follow:

Now I do not want my $ 330 in affiliate earnings. I sent an email to tell Fred that he can keep my money.

To my colleagues I recommend staying away from El Dorado Palace!

I have the same problem, over 300$ in unpaid affiliate commissions from 1 year even more...
Live chat agents writing aways the same like robots and no answer from any of the emails on the web.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! DONT PLAY IN THIS CASINO AND DONT ADVERSITE THEM!

Who issues such nasty rules, is not a humanitarian. Why should affiliates will be treated better?

This means that if a player wins say $5000 and decides to withdraw $2500 the casino will disallow themn from attempting to play off the other $2500....and it also shows the casino has terms that allow them to deny the cashout of the portion of winnings.

I suggest that any players there cashout their entire balances....
