    WARNING: Red Hot Revenue

    WARNING TO AFFILIATES:

Red Hot Revenue appears to be having difficulty paying affiliates. It has come to our attention over the past month that RHR is not paying some affiliates. The number of affiliates that have not been paid is growing as well.

This is not a good sign. AGD has been in communication with RHR, but there have been only excuses thus far and more affiliates contacting us in regards to payment of affiliate earnings.

We haven't gotten any complaints about Sierra Affiliates as of yet. If there are any affiliates out there with problems for either RHR or Sierra Affiliates please let me know.

I can try to help you here, just send an email to grievances -at- affiliateguarddog.com.

I have talked with them several times and have a good relationship with Jacqui despite their rogue status at AGD. She is a good person, IMO, and I will certainly help if you wish.

I have attempted, several times, to contact RHR. I will continue to do so and Jacqui has always been very helpful. But she is silent at the moment (i.e., not responding)

As long as they keep paying their fees they will keep their listing.

That is not true. They have not paid Casino City or the GPWA recently, and we have continued to try to work with them with the priority to pay affilaites first. As does kwblue, we also have respected Jacqui, and felt she was trying to sort things out. I agree, however, that the situation does not look good at all right now. We have warned them that they were going to be rogued by us soon if they did not take care of the issues with affiliates, and we would have probably done that already if not for the distractions around traveling over the past month (Rebecca and I were both out of the office for a good part of January).

Red Hot Revenue Affiliate Payments and GPWA Code Non-compliance Status

Based on non-payment complaints received that were not addressed in a timely manner by Red Hot Revenue, we suspended all banners, directory listings, email exposure, and other promotions. This suspension occurred on December 15th, after I had provided a final warning period. The one piece we did retain is the Red Hot Revenue program forum, because we felt retaining a central venue for communicating about the payments problems would both call attention to the problem and help get it resolved.

The seal use policy requires that programs use a code served by GPWA in order to display the image, which allows us to turn off the seal should problems arise. The Red Hot Revenue seal was turned off on December 15th, but the RoyalDice.com graphic was served in a manner the violated the usage policy. Zest, I hadn't previously seen this and want to thank you for pointing out this image. I have now contacted the program to ensure it is removed.

I spoke with Jacqui regarding status of resolving the affiliate payment problems last night (late February 5th my time, morning of February 6th her time), and she did indicate there has been some progress. She has been upfront with me about the situation previously, acknowledging they were not processing payments. During the conversation from last night she indicated they she anticipates they will be in a position to process an initial batch of payments at the beginning of next week. She did indicate that the payment run expected for the beginning of next week would not bring all accounts completely up to date, but that the priority with the payment processing back in place was to send affiliate payments first.

Good work Michael and CityGuard - thanks for the update.

However, the weasel words around payments, such as "anticipates" "make progress" "not completely upto date" still give me the heebies ... There is no way that I'd be making any business decisions to work with them based on that loose collection of half-assurances.

Did they give you a full and frank exposure to the nature of their cash crunch? Why it occured? What additional funding they've sourced and put in place? And what their business projections they have in place to avoid a repetition?

Or did that really just say that they've made some payments and will hope everything will come right? Some of these places really are quite shonky with their financial management.

I did receive an explanation of the problem some time ago. Essentially it had to do with the fact that a sale of assets -- RHR was being separated from Guardian, I believe -- and they stopped payment processing when it was unclear which organization the debts belongs to. I am not entirely clear on the situation though. Also, there was a previous time when they indicated anticipating making payments, but there was another delay at that point. I do have some more hope of a resolution than I had a few days ago, but I agree it makes sense to keep an eye open and not reverse judgement until a time when affiliates confirm they have received payments.

I'm chatting with Jacqui on MSN right now and she indicates that 90% of the affiliate payments have gone out. This is all payments from Neteller and Moneybookers. Wire transfers have not yet gone out but she gave the impression that this was a matter processing workload/time rather than the prior cash flow problems.

    Payments

    Hello All

Quick note to let everyone know that payments are pretty much up to date. I cannot apologise enough for the extended delays that everyone has experienced, unfortunately some things are just out of our control.

As always maintained this was a payment delay issue and NOT a non - payment issue and I would like to thank all the affiliates who continue to support us.

If you make use of Neteller or Moneybookers as your preferred method and think that you have not been paid - please let me know so that i can look into the matter further.

    Email: jacqui@redhotrevenue.com

    Best Regards
    Jacqui

Thanks for the hard work GPWA.

Thanks for the update Jacqui - but does this include USA affiliates who cannot receive Neteller or Moneybookers? We are owed some earnings, too. We have also left your banners up because we mistakenly thought you paid us (but it was another casino) - can you please PM me?

    Thanks a lot, Bernie

Thank you Jacqui. I will go through my list of affiliates who were not paid and find out if any remain. The list had gotten pretty long
