Now by my estimation any affiliate that has 700+/- active players is a
fairly sizeable affiliate, and I'd like to believe that I and the rest of our
team have personal relationships with the majority of our programs
affiliates.

I can't recall this ever being brought to my attention, I would have
remembered something as big a number as 700 of players vanishing.

I am more than prepared to give this a proper go and get to the bottom
of it for you, we either discuss this further over email or we can continue
our discussion in this thread.

I have to say that Conrad is a very decent guy.I have had this opinion of him for my couple years knowing him and I have even had other Affiliate managers speak highly of him .We have to remember not to take it out on him as he is trying to do his job.

I do not like this high roller policy ,we have accounts with 20-30 players who meet this criteria some months.

I cant find greek's complaint about the program but if Conrad is willing to take the time to investigate and make things right then I think Peter should give him this opportunity.

With all the changes that has happened this year I think we see even Unions have to take pay cuts and concessions to keep a business strong.I do not feel as others do that contracts are made in stone and can never be changed.I know that will not go over well.I rather a program come out and say these cuts or changes are needed to keep the business strong and viable than the programs who say nothing but in meantime are stealing our players ,not counting ALL players deposits and killing profits with manager credits so they never have to pay us a commission (gambling wages you paying attention?).

Well I do appreciate Conrad's offer a little late IMO. The issue began two years ago before Conrad with Vegas Partner. A time when my son was asking me "geese bread again tonight Dad?"

If the years have taught me anything is when a program begins to go south you drop them. No emails, phone calls, postcards winds up being a waste of time. On these occasions I usually just toss the account to someone else and be done with it. I figure some of these AM's know better and I play no back seat fool...

Things are a 1000% better now that I stick with rock solid programs. I will never put my son through the hell we went through.

Therefore Conrad could never please me but he certainly could for others by reversing the T&C's changes. If I being a little harsh I have every right to be.

I have that info from Tamara and I checked it but I never got an explanation other than we had to tag players manually when SP had teething problems.

You went live very quickly with a program not fully tested, not very smart IMO.

I agree with Greek39, BB1web now I get pennies for the dollars I used to.

Conrad you are a nice guy doing your job, but the program just does not make me wanna stay just like the players I have sent.

The Ecogra audits will not change my mind.

I should pay more time in getting some decent reports we can use with player information etc like Vegaspartner/GSN used to have and give us some possible clues where all those players went.
