It is quite ingenious from what i have just seen of it

I looked at the cars section and cars valued at £36,000 have been won with bids of £16.79 up to £1793.60

Anyone seeing that will be impressed

However the clever bit is the amount of bids required because they go up in pennies and so 100 bids is equal to £1 so that then means for the 1793.60 that 179360 bids.

Now for the car section it costs a min total of 0.66p per 1p bid and thats the cheapest, which if my calculations are correct they recovered £118.377.60p for a £36 k.

On the other side they sold one for £16,79 which equates to £1108, so it works both ways

I am quite impressed actually
