    Hello little Club Gold team,

    a well written press release (targeted to players (!)). As a professional writer in my mother tongue (German) I make this very clear. Very well written.

    But after the new hair cut the casino still is totally unattractive for high rollers or lucky slots players, because the cash outs are (unchanged) limited to €5.000 ($6.917) per month (Term 3.1. )

    That's an average cash out of only $230 per day and includes the self made deposits!

    And your astonishing wealth of new ideas takes one's breath away:

    4.16. A welcome bonus is only valid in respect of Your first two deposits into Your Player Account. The maximum amount of winnings which may be paid by the Casino in relation to the bonus on Your first deposit is limited to €5,000.
    This is no typical term for a freeloader bonus. We are talking about bonus for "deposits into Your Player Account", real money!

    If you are writing a press release, targeted to players, in this forum, then you should not deteriorate the quality of your terms.

    And one last thing, that lie heavy on my heart:

    It doesn't matter whether they changed from playtech to a multi software provider platform.

    The only problems on playtech are the cashout pending times and the predatory progressive jackpot terms on some casinos.

    I would never trust them again because the problems wasn't the software. It's the management where are working for and make decisions. For or against their customers - you can think about by yourself.

    on which day the Club Gold affiliates were informed about the fact, that Club Gold Casino has removed Microgaming and NetEnd games and when the affiliates were asked to change the Club Gold website content if the content contains the words "Playtech", "Microgaming" or "Netend"?

    I just got this message:
    "Our apologies for the confusing last few days, however it has been a period of rapid change. As you may already be aware, Club Gold Casino has moved to The Hawk game suite developed by Habanero Systems. This move was warranted by the insufficient flexibility of the multi-vendor platform when offering your players bonuses. I am sure you experienced a certain degree of frustration yourself due to the many changes implemented to the bonus structure in order to facilitate the players while maintaining the casino’s functionality. This proved, however, to be unsustainable. The new platform will allow once more to deliver a superior gaming experience without compromising player satisfaction.

    You may also have noticed that there have been issues with the statistics on Netrefer, this is due to the integration of the new platform.
