I see they maybe take France. That would be good. But just signup page is so confusing that I am sure it will turn away most of people who want to signup. I am not sure why is there written they do not take USA when USA numbers are accepted. And so on and on.

Are they really 26 years old?

It's no point having a go at GPWA staff, their paid puppets.

Agree it would be the RIGHT thing to do but... the GPWA is about making money, not protecting it's members interests.

Well before Anthony held the position of "Affiliate Services", I recall Steve Corfman (CityGuard) accepting sponsorship, where, he had not conducted satisfactory due diligence. In the end, that sponsorship was yanked because certain members (including myself) had reason to believe, the aff program and casino was operated with ties to the Russian Mafia.

Reiterating, the program's sponsorship was yanked.

It shouldn't take members to conduct due diligence. That task, along with making sure a "sponsor" isn't predatory, should be the sole responsibility of the GPWA staff/ownership. But sadly, for whatever reason(s), these things continue to happen, here....

    Edit:
Activities quotas should be outlawed. It's a predatory-tool used to steal legitimate commission earnings from affiliates.

ACR didn't hang around long after they got a mind-full from the GPWA community... no doubt this program will run for the hills too (or maybe they will change their TOS and do some actual business?)

man, i missed the russian mafia drama @aussidave ! sounds crazy / popcorntastic.

Sorry for my late response I have been off the past few days.

I did confirm the cookie tracking is 3 days.

PM Affiliates does not charge an admin fee. On the terms there is the formula for how one would be calculated, since it is causing concern, they are reviewing for removal.

I feel admin fees and quotas are predatory and we relay those thoughts to every new sponsor at GPWA. As part of the vetting process when we gather this information we make it very clear what we feel the best practices for affiliates are. Many programs make modifications prior to joining and some afterward when they receive feedback in the forum (thank you for continuing to voice your thoughts).

We have fought vigorously against quotas and have terminated our relationships and removed programs from GPWA. When quotas started we stopped working with bwin, which at the time was our largest client (sponsorship, publications). Unfortunately, today if we banned all programs that have a term we don't 100% agree with, we would no longer exist. That is why we provide as much information as possible about programs so that affiliates can make informed decisions that are best for them. We do not fault affiliates that continue to work with the many programs we have removed. We see several of these programs prominently displaying at conferences. In the same way, we can not fault affiliates for not being happy if any our sponsors does not meet the criteria they personally have for partnership.

We continue to turn sponsors away for not passing our vetting process, although we are far from perfect, we do strive to balance these considerations while providing all the information we can to assist in your personal vetting process. If there in any additional information you feel we should be providing please send me a PM, or I can start a new thread.
I am here to help if you have any issues with an affiliate program.

Parimatch platform and the sponsorship is absolutely laughable and GPWA moves more and more away from us affiliates or his users with such views.

    A term?!

"if any our sponsors does not meet the criteria they personally have for partnership."

    Personally?!

Anthony, IMHO this is an outright attempt of you downplaying the serious concerns affiliates have about the predatory Terms&Conditions of Parimatch Affiliates.

    Really.

You were parading WPN on here (didn't last long did it?).

How do you whitelist blatant thieves like that ? If they pass your "vetting process", i suggest your process needs some work...
You whitelist a program which engages in overt use of Disney and marvel characters - characters which appeal to children [yoda, skywalker, venom etc etc] -used without a licence. Just theft - plain and simple, not to mention the "responsible gaming" aspects...

    Dear GPWA community,

I'm a representative of PMaffiliates program. First of all, I'd like to say sorry for keeping silence for such a long time - we needed time to launch our affiliate program promotion on several other portals as well, starting from this moment we'll be more responsive.

Regarding our strict terms and conditions. We've updated them and now there's no activity quota and admin fee. I believe it will change your opinion on our affiliate program.

As for the cookies - 98% of our users make registration during 3 days after the first click.

Our strongest GEOs atm are AZ, KZ, UZ, RU, UA, BY, TJ, IN.

So, one more time, we're sorry for the late reply and hopefully, we won't have such issues in the future.
As you see, we're really flexible and ready to cooperate with our partners using personal approach.

    Thank you!

    Nice decisions.
TOS on your website are still dated 2019 fwiw.

Are you going to keep the old get out of jail free card? What kind of meaningful agreement can be changed by 1 party at their own whim?

    and

5.5. PP shall have the right to change the percentage of commission fees and the method of calculating commission fees for referrals.

Thank you for making the change to the quota.

I wish you would reconsider the cookie length, as many of us feel that 3 days is a bit too short, and as long as it is over-writeable something longer is certainly preferred.

    Dear ddm,
We understand that such unambiguous wording could look like strict and unequal conditions, but all the big affiliate programs can unilaterally amend any of their terms and conditions. Our main product is 20 years old and we don't want to cheat our affiliates, our goal is win-win long term relations.
    Thank you.

Yes BUT making said changes 'retroactive' ain't cool, and will likely get a program blacklisted.

Ethical affiliate programs acknowledge this reality. Hence, if they decide to change; alter; add a term/clause, they don't make that new clause(s) retroactive. Instead, they make that new term(s) valid from date X going forward.

If an affiliate has tagged players who signed up before "date X", then those affiliates/players are exempt from the 'new' T&C's.

The affiliate is only governed by the amended T&C's from date X going forward, and for players signed up on or after date X.

    FYI...That's what ethical programs do

    Hello!
No, we're not connected with PM Casino from Pelican Partners. PMaffiliates represents only direct offers from PariMatch.
By the way, we have our own legal (not scripted) casino.
