I got an offer from a webmaster to place an in-text link on his games/hot chicks site with a valid PR5, 1800 pages of unique content, Google sitelinks, good traffic and 20 OBL for $75 per month. What do you guys think of this price?

Assuming the backlinks are quality and the PR isn't just thanks to some dodgy stuff, the price seems fine - though I'd be concious of the fact it's not a hugely appropriate link for a gambling site, given that the backlinks to his site won't be relevant to yours (presumably).
It sounds like an authority site when it has site-links, but I wouldn’t go for Keyword anchor if the content of the site isn't relevant to your website. Could use domain name as anchor to be safe.
Price seems ok, Have a look at the back links of that site to see if they are coming from safe sites. Not sure what tool you could use though as Yahoo site explorer is gone.

I ment by backlinks from good sites, non spammy sites. I assume the backlinks are from Porn sites, so I would think twise about placing links there.
If I were you I would look to get link somewhere else.
it seems like at 900 dollars a year you could probably by a few permanent links on a more relevant site
If it was a gambling site I would say it is a fair price, but I think a porn site would probably do more harm that good to your site.
I would also suggest you spend your money on a gambling site instead.

If you have such links on your site and they do not add rel="nofollow" to them you risk being penalized by Google. Hope your links will not like this.
if you just look into the price then the answer is yes, seems to be a fair price, but what about their quality and integrity, are these links gambling related?
Paul, I sell links from a PR5 site at $150 a year, if that helps put things in perspective. It doesn't just sound pricy to me, it sounds a bloody rip off. If the link will possibly get clickthrough traffic then maybe... but then it's no longer based on the PR.

You can consider to pay such amount of money only for a strong gambling site, where you can obtain also some targeted traffic.
I would need it to be directly related to casinos for it to be worth that much, need the relevancy as much as the power if you are paying nearly $1000 a year!
