    What "No Negative Carry Over" Really Means?

    As far as I know, AffActive does not carry over the negative balance of a month as they said:

    Do negative balances carry over?

    "No, negative balances will not carry over to our affiliates. Your negative affiliate earnings balance will be set to zero on the 1st of each consecutive month."

    In my understanding, the balance of a month should not affect the previous balance and any negative value of that month won't be carried over to the following month. Simply in a word, monthly earning has nothing to do with anything before and afterwards. Am I right?

    The question is raised because they deducted this month negative from our previous balance.

    Hi,

    As you said we do not have negative carry over and you are 100% correct. And your available balance wasn't affected.

    The way it is presented it's a bit misleading, but see the difference between "cashable" balance in the cashier and the "current" balance that you see in current month reports.

    You can see that the balance in the cashier wasn't affected and won't be affected even if January will end in Negative.

    To use this opportunity: your account manager has been trying to contact you during the past weeks with some suggestions.

    I think we can raise the results by 30%-50% if we work together.

    And what we sometimes forget.... Chargebacks are carried over. So - this can always affect you negatively. That's just an FYI. I read that in T&C's on a daily basis, but a lot of folks don't realize this WILL carryover.

    The presenting is really confusing. Maybe the easiest way is just show the current balance with available balance on the top with no change in the current month.

    Yes we had some contacts. With more understanding and efficiency, we will do more to more that we can do.
