What season of the year is your worst season for revenue?

Gaming revenue varies from month to month and from season to season. Since we are in the middle of the peak for vacations in the northern hemisphere, I thought I'd ask which season is your worst.

In the case of Casino City, I've observed summer doldrums each year, so that is our worst season from a revenue perspective. I'm curious if other affiliates also have a worst season, and if they do, what season they count as worst.

And be sure to share your theories about why some seasons are better and worse than others.

I always have found that Nov - Jan is a nail biter for me.
I have never had a drop in revenue during the summer until now. Not sure if that is due to it being summer and people are vacationing or just the bad economy.

I'll put mt bet on the bad economy....the last 2 months including this one have been horrible. I feel like I'm a newbie again waiting on that first deposit. Almost makes me want to cut and run!

Wondering if other webmasters are exsperiencing the same downward spiral?

I've hardly had any success since March after the madness ended. I am really hoping for some pickup this spring.

IMO, all the talk about legalizing iGaming has led to a deFacto belief that playing the games is illegal...

The night has passed! Summer is my worst period as my players are more sports oriented. September - February are always the best months. Only one week away!

I've noticed revenue has dropped a bit over the summer but nothing major, but more noticeable is the lack of new player acquisition and activity - there's been a substantial drop since the spring.

Like others said, things tend to pick up in September and then really go strong through December, so glad we're just about there.

Summer the absolute worst, July and August the worst two months. Bring on the falling leaves and higher revs!

I have used the down time to revise, rework and optimize so when the players return I will be ready.

Summer for me too! I generally see a 30% downturn in revenues over the summer months, picking up again as we head towards December which is normally my best month.

Summer for sure is the worst period for me and August has been a stinker.

Like chips said "Bring on the Autum leaves" but my fear is the Global Warming will keep them in the summer spirit.

March is normally a strong month. However I find the worse month July and the beginning of August. However for signups September is quite strong across all products.

I answered earlier with SUMMER. It's fun to see the 180 that occurs when football season starts...that's my bread and butter and fuels me through the down times. Conversions are up and revenues are rolling in Ahhhhhh...I suppose there is something nice about the weather getting cooler. I hope every one else is seeing the same bump!

Late spring and through the summer seem to be the slowest months of the year for me.
