    really interesting to read something like that. About 2 week ago i register at that "trusted" casino, play there invite a friend using their refer a friend program everything looks right until today. When my friend (she is girl) call me and complaint about them. here is all her story - Here is my bad experience with that scam casino.

    I will put the mail that i think to send to uk gambling commission hope they help about that.

    Hello, i'm writing you about mfortune mobile casino. The casino site is mfortune co uk. I was invited at that casino, when i first come at the site i dont sow anything suspicious, so i decide to give them a try. When i sow they have 100% first deposit bonus up to 100 i decide to deposit 100 euro so i can play with a total amount of 200 euro. I made my deposit and everything goes ok. I got my 200 euro bank and start plaing at their poker tables. After few days of play i grow my bank up to ~ 500 euros, then i decide to cashout some of the winings and continue to play. After i try to cashout i sow they have maximum cashout of 200 euros so i put that amount and when i process my transaction i sow the 100euros bonus i got for my first deposit bonus was gone. I check their rules and i sow this bonus cant be cashed out so i dont write anything to support. Anywhay i left about 200 euros on my account and continue to enjoy their poker tables, after 2 days i decide to cashout 125 euros, so i can left an amount not too big to play and that way i can be sure that i collect my winings without losing it on the tables. After few days i got an sms from the casino that they want id and adress proof to process my winings. Thats ok i readed their TOS and sow thats is required, i send them my id card and a scaned copy of my bank statement for proof. After they confirm my documents i got an email that my cashout has passed for processing. Day later i got an sms here is the exact sms text "Congratulations ! Your winning mFortune payment has been processed and you will receive it in 3 to 4 working days. mFortune Mobile Casino" All this process takes more than 8 days but what ever. Minutes later i got another sms from them which says "Please can you supply us with a Swift/Bic Code so that we can process your Winning Payment -". I thought its suspicious and start an conversation with their email support, if needed i can supply the logs with them. In few words i ask them why they first said they processed my cashout and then ask me for BIC. Want to tell you that in their cashout section you only required - Bank Name, Account IBAN and the amount you want to cashout up to 200, no BIC no nothing. Their explanation was that i have second withdrow which they need that BIC, with absolutly no logic i ask them how they process my first cashout without they need BIC and for second they ask me for BIC, and ofcourse i ask them if BIC is need why they should ask me for that by sms or email and there are no a field in the withdrow section so you can put it there and dont make cashout process as slow as possible... As i expect they stop answering my emails. Whatever i decide stop asking them and let them do their bussines even it was a litle bit suspicious. I continue to play - win, lose and etc. I like the site becouse there are a lot of fishes plaing very weak. Today 18.02.2013 i try to login as usual and what can i see. My account is closed with no reason. I dont got anysms about that, dont got any email, nothing. I check my bank account to see my withdrow is received but unfortunatly nothing... I contact their support by online chat ask why my account is closed. I thought it was some mistake or technical problem, becouse it was happens once before and when i contact them they explained me they will fix it and it was a technical problem, so i contact them now to check again. Here is their explanation "Tsvetelina Lazarova: why i cant login -Sorry, your account is deactivated. Please contact support. ???????????????

    Its impossible to have any colluding or what ever they said becouse i dont know anyone at this site and every time i play there i plaied with perfect strangers. The fact support tells me that i play with person which deposit large amount to obtain their first deposit bonus is suspicious becouse the maximum amount is 100% up to 100euro as i already got that bonus (even they remove the bonus at first try to cashout). I asked who im colluding with the answer was "for security reasons they cant give me any facts" Its normal they dont tell me becouse its 100% lie of their side. I dont know if that casino have a practice to steal deposit or it is some fishing site but the suspicious thing by them become too much so i start searching and i find them at gamblingcomission for uk surprised they have a real license.
    When im thinking about their actions first they said they processed my cashout then after few days it must be on my bank account but still not received so, what they do? First lie you they process your withdrow and you start likeing them and invite more friends to be fished and after few days when your money (if they was ever cashed out) have to appear on your bank account they lock your account and tell you that you are colluding or something like that without you even know what they talk about. Im interested how site like this can have a gambling license, if i dont take all my money deposits+winings that makes them 100% scam.


    As i contacted online chat support before i know they are not very gentle and most of the times they was rude and close chat even before they give you the help you required, i contact email support.

    Really hope they look carefully at that and fix my account, even everything shows they are scam fishing site.

    After we finish our conversation i decide to check my account and what to see my account is deactivated too. With 280 euro of winnings on it.
    After days of delay and documents required they reply to me everything is fine accepted my documents and lied to me my withdraw is processed. Days later all that circus with them. I am sure they just hold the winnings without a reason, colluding they said is more than stupid and funny i never play with anyone i know at the tables... And colluding is impossible no reason to do that. I really shocked to read posts like this that they are casino number one how can they got awards when they simply steal deposits and documents from regular players. If me or my friend is a random damage then what is the real reason ... Any help will be appreciate as it looks their support dont give a try to explain as normal gambling operator what happens no evidence no logs and of course its impossible to have one because nothing illegal was made by me or my friend. UNREAL just UNREAL.

    My name is Ivan, the story i post is from my friend Tsvetelina which was banned first at that casino and after few hours my account was closed too with the same ridiculous reason. Im her friend which invited her to that "casino". I will post her story in readable English. My story is same with the little difference, they still don't answer my emails.

    Here is all the story i post it because she don't have registration here.

    First I am waiting for more than 10 hours to give me an answer, after I finally recieve it they told me that if I want an answer i have to send my names, my password, my address ect. After more than 10 hours i recieved another e-mail and it doesn`t give answer of any of my questions. The only explanations that is "we suspect that you are colluding that is why your acount is closed and you will not recieve your money" There is no explanation what they exactly mean, and how could I collude without knowing anybody in this site. They don`t give me evidence , they don`t give me logs, they don`t give me anything. Of course I do nothing illegal and it all seems like fraud to me. First they asked me for my ID documents to make a deposit, after they approve them I made deposit of 100 euro, they double it and I had total of 200 euro in bonus money. After ten days of gambling in the tables i won and rise up my bankroll to 500 euro. I decided to withdraw 200 euro and soon after that I saw that not 200 but 300 euro was taken from my account. I read the rules and find out that if you request withdraw they take your bonus. There is no problem about that there was 200 euro left in my account and i continue to play. After 2 days i requested another 125 euro for withdraw and continue to play with 75 left. After a couple of days i recieved sms to send copy of address proof. I send the documents and they approve them. They also lied to me that my transaction will be processed. Next day I reieved sms which i exactly quote:

    Congratulations ! Your winning mFortune payment has been processed and you will receive it in 3 to 4 working days. mFortune Mobile Casino
    Ten minute later i recieved second sms which i quote again:

    Please can you supply us with a Swift/Bic Code so that we can process your Winning Payment -
    This confused me and I asked to myself why they lie to me about my transaction. At first they said it is processed after that they wanted BIC from me . I contacted with their support to provide BIC and asked . They gave me the ridiculous answer that I have second withdraw and they wanted BIC for it. As it sound suspicious i asked how they processed my first withdraw without BIC but wanted BIC for second one, and if it is so nessesary why there is no field in the withdraw section. I had no answer again. I was playing again, waiting to recieve my money. I want to say i did not break their rules in any circumstances and i have never played with the friend who invited me in that casino and he is the only one i know there. After three days of waiting i decided to check what is happening with my transactions and when i saw my account i was shocked. It was blocked. First i called to the person who invited me to ask him what is wrong, in fact i deposited 100 euro and i won over 300 euro. He adviced me to contact with support of the site and ask them if there is a misunderstanding. A couple of hours later he called back and told me that the same thing happened to him. His account was closed without any reason with the same fake accusing. And our accounts was closed without notification. After all happened to me, and following casino acts I start to think that they are very serious fraud. I don`t think to leave this situation like that, and this is the reason why i post here. I also contact with the UK gambling commission and i am still trying to dispute with mfortune casino.

    If anybody can help i can supply all the conversations and information about them.

    If you are so happy of their service can you explain me, why they close 2 accounts with fake accusal? If they suspect some one in something, the first thing is they contact with that person and explain him with full evidence and logs. How can you protect your self if tomorrow they said the same thing to you?? WIll be good before you write something to think. Its 3th day i contact them and they are quiet as hell, no answer no reply, hope they carefully investigate that matter. Because when you know you don't do anything illegal and you are charge without a reason its very hard to prove you are right... Im happy you dont have problems with them, this gave me hope that they are serious casino and they will make fair investigation what happening because the money they took from me and the friend i refer is serious amount.     However here's what I think might have happened... mFortune investigated your account. A decision was made by their security team to close your account. Possibly because they're good at spotting when someone is "clearly colluding in their Holdem Poker Game". Mostly their/your words.

    Send the email to their support team as requested. You can let us know how you get on if you like.

    All the actions required are made we both wait for an answer of their support. Don't know what exactly they investigate but whatever their security team are done is a horrible mistake, because no one was colluding. Guess its senseless to explain you, but for the forum i will provide all the correspondence with them and if need with third independent party which i want to investigate. For me they just wonder what reason to tell us and close our accounts to steal the money. Which money they cant hold because its winnings from many game sessions at the tables, also its deposits, which they cant just steal like that. This money don't belong to mfortune. As i said probably its senseless to explain you. If i am guilty or the friend i invited, the last thing i will try is to cry in the forums and contact with UK gambling commission. So think twice before you blame someone. Tomorrow they can do the same thing to you. Guilty or not you cant do anything about that. As soon as they give evidence and explanation i will let that forum know. If they act like a rogue casino (like they do until now) i will let you know what UKGC do about that. Wish you all the best.

    Hi Snakemf,

    This is Victor, Affiliate Manager at mFortune, Harry just brought this to my attention.

    Like he mentioned, the best thing to do is send an email to mFortune Support with the phone number on your account and the one on your friend's account so we can further investigate it.

    In the last 2-3 weeks we have experienced a large group of players from Bulgaria that were abusing our deposit bonus offer. They were basically depositing, getting the free 100 instant first deposit bonus and then they were purposely losing to players known to them and cashing out. We had experienced similar problems in the past, but it was never nowhere near as bad as been happening with this group. When we've noticed this, the first thing we did was to cancel the first deposit bonus for players from Bulgaria as a short term solution and second was freezing the associated accounts until we finish the investigation. When we did all this, we received multiple emails from players located in Bulgaria that were clearly linked and seemed to be written by the same person and our customer support was harassed and abused both on Live Support and by Phone.

    We suspect your account is linked to this group of accounts. If you have nothing to do with it, please send an email to support. Upon completion of the investigation, if we find nothing wrong with your account, your balance will be paid in full.

    Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud associated with players from Bulgaria we are no longer willing to allow players from Bulgaria to play our Poker games.

    As i already said, i try to contact the support many times, but obviously they don't get me serious. My nickname on mfortune is "snakemf" the friend nickname i invited at that casino is "cuckoy". We are verified legitimated users. No one of us 2, break site rules or anything. Im sorry to hear that you have problems with Bulgarian customers, but that we are from Bulgaria doesn't mean we are guilty !!! We have nothing to do with this, and i guess you can easily investigate our accounts and prove that. I am writing here because mail support just ignore my requests. You cant jut involve me and my friend only because we are from Bulgaria and some clown break your rules... I want from you to personally investigate me and my friend and if cant continue to play at the site because we are Bulgarians, then pay out my balance and my friend too. Thanks and i will wait for an reply.

    I want to thank to the forum administrator for bringing this case to his affiliate manager "Victor Stinga", By hard and long chats after a lot of waste time, the casino investigate the case and reopen our accounts after, they saw we had nothing to do with this. After That Tsvetelina got paid her money. But my problems doesn't stop here. Also my other affiliate, cant get his money about 1 month not his winnings he just try to get his deposit and runaway from that casino. I will post more information later as I'm still waiting an outcome from Victor. After they reopen our accounts the situation now is my account is blocked again, the friend i was invited got his account close too, and my other affiliate Tsvetelina can use her account.

    Iwill wait 24h more before i share all the information and all the experience from that casino, they make my month a black Friday!!! For the things they promote and the biggest casino they pretend to be its UNACCEPTABLE !!! Later.

    Let put things straight again: your account was closed due to suspicious activity on poker. The investigation took place and we couldn't conclude whether you had nothing to do with the scamming group as there were many common elements.

    We did decide however to pay your balance: you were PAID €50. As you DIDN'T make a DEPOSIT, i told you previously that if your requested withdrawal will be processed, you are entitled to 50 tops based on our BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    Your account was reopened for the payment to be made and due to a software error you had access to your account. You made a 4 euro deposit and then start screaming everyday that you want your money because you now made a deposit and there's nothing we can do about it.

    I am sorry, but as i told you you were given a FREE BONUS that is restricted and terms and conditions apply .This is something that any casino does.

    So here is my full story with this rogue casino. About may be 2 months ago i was invited by ropoker(affiliate forum) to register in mfortune.co.uk and get 5 for free. After i register there i got the 5 and was promoted by them to refer a friend, so you can get 5 of referring your friend and 50% of your friend first deposit. This looks to me like a great offer. So i play at poker tables win lose and decide to invite friends, they can enjoy the casino and i will get that great bonus, it was a good way to build bankroll and play at their poker tables. First friend I invite there was a girl T.L. she liked the site and couple of days later made deposit of 100E, i got the sms and my first 50 euro bonus. I continue to play and few days later was on a meeting and share the casino to another friend, D.G. the same way he liked the site and few days later i got an sms of another 50 euro bonus, which means he made a deposit. That's fantastic my bank start building. About 3 week of playing i build up my bank to 280 euro, so I decide to cash some out and with the rest continue my game at mfortune. And here problems begin. After i request the cash out casino contacted me and request documents, after i send all necessary docs and they approve them, i was told that my cash out will be processed after 7 or more days due to non depositors prior. I don't want to wait for my winnings weeks so my decision was immediately after i got money to make a deposit. But the next day i try to log in my account was blocked. I check my phone and email nothing was found. No reason no explanation, and of course i contact support, on the chat i was told, i am suspected in colluding and that was the reason, i was shocked. First thing i thought the casino is fake and they are fishing site. I found them on facebook and they seems to be a real one casino. I pick up the phone and call my first referral T.L. ask her is everything okay there, unfortunately the same thing happens to her, the same way without any explanation. Third thing i do was to call D.G. asking him the same question, but for good his account was okay. The adventure begin, tons of mails, tons of chats, million explanations, so many emails from me was just ignored by them. And no matter what i ask or what i write they just say, you are suspected of colluding ... I do some searches and contact gambling commission, their advice was to talk with support and they have to give a 3th independent party to investigate. Of course support ignore my emails and for them case was closed. So i continue with my searches and google bring me here. Here i found mfortune aff manager V.S. i contact the guy via Skype explain him everything, the guy looks cool and promise the investigation to begin for me and my referral T.L. After another 5 days of "investigation" our accounts was reopened and i was told by V.S. that our money will be paid, with the little difference from 280 euro i got cashable in my account i can get only 50 because of their "fair policy", which is :
    8. Any promotion offering a free bonus without the need for the player to ever make a deposit is covered by a fair usage policy and the maximum withdraw a player can make without depositing is £200 for Uk players and £50 for none UK players.
    So as every normal person first thing after i login to my account was to reverse my withdraw and make an deposit, so i can keep all my money, only a fool will give up from 230 euro for a little deposit. I deposit 5 euro got 100% first deposit bonus of 5 and my bank was 290 euro.
    I play few games and lose about 65 euro, so i request new cash out of 200 euro and left 25 euro on my account. 5 days later i got an sms saying.
    "Congratulation your winnings mfortune has been processed ..." after 2 days i contact them to confirm they send the money. But answer that i got was they don't send it yet, they need SWIFT. Just another way to delay my payment, i provide them my SWIFT, and ask them to confirm the date and amount of the transaction, they said the date is 5th of march and transaction is 50 euro. Here we go again, from 200 i request after my deposit they send 50, another 4 emails was send (they answer me 1 mail daily). They said no matter i deposit i can collect only 50 euro of my 200, everything else was removed from my account, it is their "FAIR" policy. Of course for me it was pure scam, so i contact their complaints that i was advised by support. Contacting them don't give any result they talk the same bulsh*ts like support probably support@mfortune.co.uk and complaints@mfortune.co.uk are handled by same team. This happens for more than 1 month. T.S. got all her money thanks god! I call D.G. ask him for his case as he was never closed, and when i call in the first place and explain him what happens with me and T.S. first thing he made was to withdraw his deposit which was a month ago. This days when i call him he said, still not get paid and every day contact support asking them did they process his money, every time answer is "YES" you have to wait, couple of times he contact his bank but they said nothing received from nowhere, and before 3 days after just another email to support D.G. was answered they dont send the money they need SWIFT... After 4 weeks they need SWIFT and process his money. Until today he said - no money received. Today he call me to tell me he made some winnings with the money left on his account and then make second withdraw, but still not the first came, and after he check his account he got the message account closed... So they close his account for god knows what now. Obviously mfortune is a pure scam they dont like players which wins and which cash out. Today 14.03.2013 I check my account and my account is closed again. Again no reason given. Getting sick of this casino, they are nothing but a good organized fraud.

    In the end, T.S. account is open and fully functional her money was paid in full, My account is locked then opened then locked again i got paid 50 from 290(including the deposit), D.G. account is closed for the first time he still got no penny from his deposit or his small winnings.

    And if i have to tell some words about their AMAZING BONUSES this is:
    If you refer a friend and get 50% of his first deposit, the money you got is useless, if you ask why i will explain you.
    Lets say you have 5 friends and they agree to register in that rogue casino mfortune.co.uk , After they sign in and make a deposit of 100,
    the amount you get in your account is 250 euro which looks like a good reward for your referring actions, also its good amount to build
    poker bank for example. Let say you use this 250 euro on tables and for a month you build up bank of up 1000 euro, which means you
    defeat many players at the tables and got their deposited money, that's good. And now you have 1000 euro and you decide to get the prize
    you deserve and request cash out (no matter do you deposit before the cash out or you don't) the total you can get is 50 euro, and what
    happens with the rest 950 euro - nothing casino take them from your account. So what happens you invite 5 depositors take 750 euros from
    the tables from other depositors and in the end you give 950 euro bonus to the casino and casino reward you and pay you 50 euro.
    Actually you work for the casino collecting money for them and inviting fishes to make deposits. And this is the good part if you ever get something,
    the other part is after your request they lock your account blame you are colluding or cheating the system or you found some bugs or whatever
    bulsh*t they can find not to pay you. I keep all the correspondence with the casino and all the abuse they made to me if anyone need any information i can provide it. I am sure me and my referrals are not the only one abused by this way from the casino.

    So people if you decide to register in mfortune.co.uk be very careful because this is very silky casino. And be careful when you invite some friends
    because it can be a big mistake and you will be responsible for their money.

    After all the experience i had at mfortune.co.uk for me this casino is well organized scam!

    p.s. Victor as i already said, i sow you are cool guy and you try to help me but every other action by the casino was absolutly unaccpetable!

    My name is Dimitar Hristov. I’ve recently had the same bad experience with this casino.
    I registered in m-fortune.co.uk on 13.02.2013. There I was invited by friend trough their affiliate program. I made my first deposit for 100 euro on 15.02.2013. And I started to play on their games. I've collected some winnings in next days and I decided to withdraw some part of it. I withdraws 125.00 Euro and on 22.02.2013. Then began my problem with this rough casino. First I waited 1 week to understand that they couldn’t have sent my money, because they don’t have my BIC code.
    I gave to them, and I was assured that my money would be in my bank account in next 3,4 working days. But I didn’t received it. Then I started to communicate with their online and email support. I was sending more than 30 emails with the follow questions „When I get my money.”
    They answers was “You will get it, We will check with our bank, We will made investigate and etc.” I don’t know what they make but I haven’t still received my money . This are more than 40 days and I am still waiting.
    After my first withdraw I made second withdraw for 35 euro. The same result no money for me.
    The fact is that mfortune casino steal my money. I lost hopes that I would see my money.
    This is my short story about that false casino.

    Im the admin for ropoker forum and i can see under my affiliate account that this player deposit 5€ and wager over 3000 pounds .
    Strange is that i have send a message to income access regarding this player and after this message under my account appare this player with negative commission for me .
    But my question is why this appare under my aff account after i have send a message to incomeaccess and not when the player have register .
    Snakefm , if u can send a proof with your deposit we can see then who have right and who not .

    I'm not sure I understand the nature of your question.

    Are you asking why negative revenue would appear in your account for a player who wagered 3000 pounds? It is very common for players who wager large sums to occasionally win, and this would result in negative revenue.

    If you are asking why a player would generate negative revenue after you spoke to Income Access about this player, the answer is that there is no connection between these events. A player can generate negative revenue at any time, and Income Access does not have any control over this.
